I saw a YouTube video about cheesesteaks, and this restaurant was mentioned. After reading the reviews, I'll probably just stick to Jersey Mike's. The guy with his shoes off in the kitchen is disgusting, and the lack of response from Charley's is telling.
You can definitely go to better Charley's then this one. I just go because it's closest to where I live.

I purchased a3 cheese steak sandwich with NO BACON ADD ONIONS GREEN PEPPERS AN MUSHROOMS. I live 8 miles from your Evergreen location . I get home there is bacon on my sandwich and NO VEGGIES. I paid over $15.00 for this sandwich. I took ot back. I was given some reheated French fries. I will not go back. I returned my sandwich for a corrected one. However when I hot back home it was not fresh meat old as ever. This is terrible to sell something so nasty and old. I'm taking the sandwich back tomorrow and I want my money back. A FULL REFUND NOTHING LESS

Order was completely wrong. Staff could not understand that we wanted bone-in wings and gave us all boneless wings. What a disappointment. We will not go there again as staff is untrained.
