The only reason why I don’t give 0 starts is because it don’t give me the option, the service is terrible, the wait for the food is ridiculous, never coming back

Took forever to be seated and the only food I enjoyed was the mozzarella sticks. The drinks were decent too. Our server did her best but you could tell the restaurant was having a hard day.

They didn’t take our order until about 40 minutes passed, when we walked in the lady who sits you down was talking on the phone like she was at home, I didn’t even think she worked there at first, lol. This place not the one.

Came in on 2/25 to have some drinks……sat at the bar for over 30 mins waiting for the bartender to clean the bar. There were dishes and dirty glasses everywhere and she kept saying she was “waiting for someone to come clean it”……but she was laughing and joking with her friends who were drunk at the other end of the bar. We eventually had to ask for a towel and started cleaning it ourselves…..then she started to help. She even made us drinks for everyone but Never wiped the bar first. A couple sitting waiting next to us left. We only stayed because we were starving and it was getting late otherwise we were going to leave too. The manager finally came and had to cut off the bartenders drunk friends so they would leave. It was horrible. My fajitas and street corn were good when they finally came…..but the service was Horrible.

Was there on feb 23rd, just two days ago. Worst service ever. From the moment we came in the door, we were told 45 mins to an hour wait. This was around 1pm and there were a lot of empty tables. They told us they didn’t have servers. So we chose the bar, but even at the bar, the bartender had the worse attitude and everyone moved very slow with no care at all. I will not come back here ever again.

Our waitress Elijah was amazing he was funny without being funny Shavon saw us waiting ass Eli was taking care of his other customers and she helped him as we was patiently waiting and I just love and and the new supervisor Conner was amazing we had a mistake with out order and she was so sweet and understand I want to thank you all for the experience I had today. I will definitely come back :).

Door Dashed Cajun Alfredo and discovered hair in my food. Extremely unacceptable.
Horrible service and environment would not recommend. Saw server in the restroom on her phone and didn’t wash her hands. Drinks were horrible and food took way to long.

So I gave it 3 stars on food because nothing to write home about. First time at Chili's to eat . It was kaotic. We randomly was getting duplicate drinks and sides at table because of mix ups. Would be fine if I had another stomach lol . Then the guys said one type of drink only for another to arrive and be informed they don't have pink lemonade. My issue with this is it was strawberry 🍓 thank God mother and law wasn't allergic but my son is if id been with him instead night would have ended in ambulance. Sometimes it's ok to slow down. The people seemed nice atmosphere was nice .
