Bad food bad neighborhood and poor customer service

Not clean. Food preparation is very poorly done And many of the employees appear to have no idea what they are doing. I’m not that surprised because the majority of Chipotle’s Have become terrible, but this one is especially dirty, Very poor service, And the staff line cannot maintain stocking of anything so you are in for a long wait for a very disappointing meal

Go to Panda Express, go to paddy’s across the street, go to Portillo’s even go to Burger King. Don’t come here for food. They’ll gip you, I asked for a little bit of carne asada, they charged me for double. And when you ask for double there’s a clear difference in distribution of your choice vs you asking for a little bit. They still charged me double. Cashier didn’t even want to look me at when I disputed the charge, she just handed me my receipt. Don’t come here.

Now this review is for Octavio and Octavio only. This location is unorganized and the staff is rude and in a bad mood every time I go. Not sure if this is because of management or not, but Octavio is ALWAYS in a good mood regardless of the bad attitudes of his coworkers and costumers. Just wanted to let him know he is doing a great job.

Yo idk whats up with all the bad reviews but I cautiously tried this place and it was great. Got 3 salad bowls double chicken. Everything was fresh and service was friendly. Thanks yall!

If I could give this place, a half star I would. The girl that prepared my order was very rude. The rice was undercooked. This location is always out of something which is irritating! Today there was no steak, no sour cream and no fajita veggies. On top of that the lobby was filthy. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before going because I know other Chipotle locations that don’t miss. I hate it here📍

This location never has a full bar, the staff is always rude and dry. Servings are not full servings & everyone there hates they have to work & hate that we have to eat! Please do better & STOP CLOSING before the scheduled time. This restaurant is the worst chipotle on 95th street. Sweep the entrance rug while you all are at it. It’s disgusting walking in.

Everytime I come in here everything is always gone.Teas are never made . Staff not friendly at all . When asked when will fajitas be ready he replied no more fajitas loud and rude and I asked again , how long for fajitas he said “FAJITAS GONE !” I said for the rest of the day ? He replied yes . It was only 12 pm . This is a reoccurrence . Location is newer than most in the area and I always have a horrible experience . Shut this location down . I will take my business to Beverly from now on .

Just came to this chipotle and had the worst experience ever , ordered the new carena asada bowl and the new “chimichuri” sauce and they said they didn’t make it yet !mind you it’s 12:00 lunch hour I build my bowl any way go to check out total is 19.00 I give him a 20 and he tells me it’s card only! How you make me waste my time and build the damm bowl only for you to tell me card only , I gave you a 20 you ain’t got 1$ to give me back? I woulda gave you the dollar for a tip if you would of had the chimicuri sauce , talking about they didn’t make it yet , just left the restaurant unsatisfied and hungry worst experience ever, side note they didn’t have soft shells either whoever running this place is a joke

Went to this location because the one I usually go to closes earlier. Upon entry the counter was filthy. Didn’t look as if it had been wiped down at all. It took them a long time to even speak and ask if I needed anything. They said they didn’t take cash payments walked off. Took about 5 mins to come back.. once I began to give the guy my order he told me they were out of black beans( another worker had already told me that they were cooking some).. so I tell this guy what the other guy told me. He proceeds to tell me that those beans were only for the back and that they were only making those for online orders because they are already paid for.
