Took 20 minutes to even get through the digital pickup line even though it said food was ready.

They had almost NOTHING. The foods were crossed in certain areas. Salsa in tae corn. Lettuce in the empty sour cream container . Black beans were drenched in the water from the cans. The cashier had a nasty attitude and shoved my receipt in my face as I tried to put my debit card away. The worst Chipotle experience ever. I’ll never go back to that establishment.

This is the best Chipotle in the Chicagoland area. The food is always exceptional and the quality is a thousand times better than other nearby Chipotles. The staff is always friendly and the Chipotlane is life changing. I would eat here every day if I could afford to

If you want to order online and still wait 20+ minutes this is the place to be.
I figured that was a better move than standing in line for over 30 minutes but I now realize it doesn’t matter… this is the slowest snail like service either way

I ordered a Brisket salad. I was told they were out but then they went in the back and got brisket to put in my salad. There were many empty or almost empty bowls behind the glass. The bowls that were not empty had food that looked dry. When I was checking out I asked for salad dressing and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they were out or not carrying it anymore and was told they were out but didn’t know why. When I got home to eat my salad the brisket was so hard and dry that I could not eat it. This is the worse Chipotle I have ever ordered from.

This new location is terrible. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and it was only good 1 time. Yesterday I received an order with salsa and tomatoes which I didn’t order. The order before that the rice was not done. I’m so over this location. It really sucks.

Honestly when they first opened the workers seemed nice. Even though they already started saying “We’re out of xyz” I’m just like okay that’s fine because I understand they just opened. I kid you not the past 2-3 visits after that some of the workers have not been nice, nor do they ever have anything!
Today this one boy was new and I could tell. I was being soo nice just trying to order. His service was SO nasty, he was handling my order & while doing so he huffed and puffed when I said “oh *WE* forgot the chicken” when really HE skipped the protein part of the order. Then we get to the condiments I wanted, there was no cheese in the container so I politely asked “Do you all have anymore cheese?” POLITELY. & What did he do? HUFF and PUFF with an attitude in his walk off to the freezer AND when he brought it & put it on my bowl. I’m just like wow..
I’ve had a previous encounter when I walked through the door one time while they were just standing there doing nothing but talking and one of the workers huffed. It was around the time people were recording chipotle workers and I’m just saying to myself like wow I’m not here to make anyone mad I just wanted food. But never again from this location. Their service SUCKS.

Horrible customer service, they never have what I want for a protein, and portions are slim.
I was compelled to write this review today, only because this is the last time I will come to this location. They had not cooked any food, and didn’t tell me until I was greeted several minutes later.
I did see the grill guy finish some brisket, and when I asked if I could have that, they said it was only for “online orders”. Pitiful.

This is by far one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. After not making a purchase here in months I went there today. It was a horrible experience. The workers seemed confused, as there was a line of customers and they were standing around. The male worker in the kitchen area yells out loud there will be a 10 minute wait on shredded cheese, they put the smallest portions of everything in my bowl and told me it was extra for everything. I ended up walking out of the restaurant before completion of my order. I told them to keep it. I’ve had enough of horrible service and paying for appetizer size portions when I’m paying entree prices. Visit other locations.

I had scene the TV advertising the new BRISKET bowl so I was EXCITED to try. WELL I got there at around 12:05 and the very FIRST thing the worker said was we have NO BRISKET OR STEAK RIGHT NOW,,,,,AWFUL?!!!!!

They were out of shredded cheese and the fajita vegetables looked like they had been sitting there for several hours -- dried out and stuck to bottom of the pan. I left without ordering. This was the third time I've visited and they were out of one or more ingredients -- shredded cheese, rice, steak, veggies, vinaigrette -- with no estimated time on when they would be available.
