I stopped going 7 years ago because my order was never right. I made the mistake of going today. My burger was BLOODY. NEVER AGAIN!!!!The health department needs to pay you a visit asap.

I called the restaurant after I got home and bit into my bloody burger. Bloody like drippy, red liquid- not just a little rare. I asked for the manager, I asked why it was RAW and requested the corporate number. She said the restaurant ‘was really busy at the time but could call me back in 20 minutes with the number because she didn’t have it at the moment [paraphrased].'
I know for a fact; It's posted next to the phone…
My response was ‘maybe tell the cooks to slow down so they can actually cook the food?’ She did not seem to understand the connection.
That was the first time I’ve been there in seven years because my orders were always wrong.
-I don’t want a refund.
-I don’t want a coupon.
-I don’t want any excuses.
-I won’t discuss the issue further.
-I won't change my post.
-I won't be back.

Service has gone down at this location. In the past, you would get good & quick service. Today we just ordered ice cream through the drive thru and were told to wait. We sat in our car for twenty minutes. We noticed other drivers getting out of their vehicles and had to walk in to get their order! My husband walked inside and was told that they haven’t started his order yet!

This place is so professional. Gale is the Manager and was training at the time and still took care of her customers. They speak as soon as you walk in and thank you. Hard to find places like this. Cynthia took my order and got everything correct. Will definitely be back at this location. Thank you guys
