I did curbside pick up ! WAITED 30 MINS OUTSIDE for me to get off angry and tell them I was curbside and they said I didnt feel like going outside so they had me waiting for 30 mins in the car?! HORRIBLE

I live very close to this location, but I purposely go out of my way to other locations because this one cannot keep stuff in stock. The last two times I’ve gone they are out of cold foam, one time they are out of strawberry passionfruit, etc. save yourself the hassle because they probably won’t have the thing in stock to make your drink.

More often than not, their coffee is burnt. Happy hour 1/2 price coffees aren’t a thing anymore. While I understand that’s an issue from their corporation, the store could at least make sure they’re selling fresh coffee.

I went to get breakfast this morning, and asked for 4 orders of their hash browns. I love how they made sure to charge me for the 4 orders, but they didn’t make sure to give me the 4 orders! 😑

How do you serve a Large Matcha Latta and the powder is not mixed well. And you can't even taste the brown sugar nor the French vanilla swirl that you asked to be added. Horrible...I just wasted $7.05. Will not be back

Clearly asked for water, everything bagels and they gave us Hashbrowns.. never asked for hash browns at all never even said hashbrowns but said TWO orders of the everything mini bagel bites.. didn’t even ring up my friends water, Not even listening to anything we asked for.. We decided to let them know because I didn’t want the hash brown or was I gonna eat it, They made a big deal on us asking for what we actually ordered as if we were trying to ‘steal’ it lol and had to pay extra for it even though we didn’t even ask for hash browns. As we explained how we bought the 2 orders of everything bagel minis and not the hash browns they gave us ONE order of everything bagel minis and hash browns still. Horrible customer service basically.
