Drive thru service distracts in customer service. Drive thru customers gets more attention and service leaving the customers inside waiting and wanting. Then the servers forget making the order because they are worried about the drive thru. They need to follow through on each order taken. Employees are friendly but are distracted very easily.

I am very disappointed with this Dunkin location. Not only do they constantly make the drinks wrong, but the staff is also rude and unhelpful. It feels like they never get an order right, no matter how simple it is. The quality of the drinks is poor, and the ice looks dirty, like the machine is not being properly cleaned. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.

i came to this location with my family and it’s not usual for one to get good customer service at dunkin but this dunkin gave us phenomenal customer service. one of their employees, katie, was extremely kind and helped answer a few questions we had regarding some drinks. she was incredible with my children and made them laugh so much. it’s rare to receive such amazing service but i’m very grateful to see they’re finally hiring good employees who care about their job. i’ll definitely be coming back with the kiddos!

If I can give this place zero stars I would! Horrible experience twice in one week! Weekly and weekend vibes are very different. When the owners are not there the customer service is horrible! Workers are very un professional, and talk back.
Sloppy service and not happy when you correct them on your order. Definitely not going there again!

Every single time I’ve been to this location I kid you not it takes them over 15 minutes to make 1 coffee, it doesn’t even matter what kind you order, you’re guaranteed to wait over 15 minutes when there is absolutely no one else in line or even inside of the store at that! The night staff needs to do better I don’t know if they have kids running the store or what but it’s ridiculous.

The straw that broke us today. We visit several times a week in the early morning about 6am, its a simple order a large iced coffee a large hot and maybe a muffin or 2 and EVERY TIME we are asked to pull up and have to wait. Today no line at all, placed our order and of course we waited and 4 yes 4 cars get their order and pull around us before I got out and went in to find our coffees just getting their lids put on. It 2 hot lattes! I dont like using the app because I like HOT coffee and I seems never to be hot when I use the app.
