Drive thru service distracts in customer service. Drive thru customers gets more attention and service leaving the customers inside waiting and wanting. Then the servers forget making the order because they are worried about the drive thru. They need to follow through on each order taken. Employees are friendly but are distracted very easily.
i came to this location with my family and it’s not usual for one to get good customer service at dunkin but this dunkin gave us phenomenal customer service. one of their employees, katie, was extremely kind and helped answer a few questions we had regarding some drinks. she was incredible with my children and made them laugh so much. it’s rare to receive such amazing service but i’m very grateful to see they’re finally hiring good employees who care about their job. i’ll...
I luv Dunkin...they have many breakfast options to choose from..i need wholegrain...so they have it...I luv turkey patty, and it comes with those cute perfect and yummy eggs they make...and of course hash brwns and a donut....we go to 95th and Pulaski...right by us...everyone is very kind and friendly...and they r in great sync to get the orders filled...I have not been able to drink coffee since 2009...so that part does
