I have come to this Dunkin' location a few times as I work right across the street. My last visit however, my order was completely wrong. But I contacted customer service and the GM from this location emailed me personally and invited me back to have my order remade. Getting the wrong order is always disappointing (especially when they gave me decaf by accident!)
