This Dunkin’ Donuts should be close. The customer service that represents Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. The manager is rude and seems overly worked and stressed out and he’s taking it out on the customers Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole needs to revamp his customer service for the amount of loyal customers that they have coming every morning it’s ridiculous that this is the first greeting we get shut it down or re-staff it.

I went there on 12/04/2025 Thursday evening before work and ordered the $6 special. While on my way to work I'm smelling something burnt
Pull into the parking lot at work to check my food and OMG. MY 🥓 🥓 bacon was burnt and crumble into pieces. I was willing to be late for work. Cause I was not happy with my lunch. I took it back and the lady who fix my food had the nerves to be mad at me. I wish I could post the picture

This Dunkin’ should honestly be shut down. Every single time I go through the drive-thru my order is wrong or missing something — literally every single time. Today I ordered a sausage wrap, and when I bit into it there was no sausage inside. After waiting almost 20 minutes, I finally get my food, eat the wrap, and then realize they actually gave me the sausage on the side. Who does that?? At first they didn’t even charge me, then messed it up anyway. Do employees here even get proper training? The level of carelessness at this location is beyond ridiculous. If you value your time (and your order being right), avoid this place.

Went to drive thru for a Oreo shake and the drive thru worker says sorry I have no milk. How don’t you have milk?? This is a big business and I’m sure you can borrow from another store or order from any local store. This is how big business are losing business and shutting down. This is poor service and a waste of my time driving to this location for them to tell me this.

4 kinds of donuts. Employee didnt greet or acknowledge me. When i asked if those were my only options she said we ran out, non apologetically. Just made me want to leave, so i did.

There was a big girl and small one and a man very unfriendly especially the guy and big girl didn't even say one word they just kept talking to each other than sit there on the phones...well they burn the food and I stood there waiting to ask someone to remake it and of course they didn't even say hi or anything just continued to be on the phone and talk. They remade made the food and it was even worse than before! Get better employees never seen a Dunkin donuts so dead and I see why now.

For the pass 3 weeks they have been saying they're cleaning the machines or don't have whatever Im ordering. My husband has gone and they also say the same thing. That's ridiculous, how do they even make money if they don't want to serve anyone. Asked for donuts, oh wele only had like 1 kind. Seriously a disappointment since this is the closest Dd with a baskin Robins near me. 😕

Went to Dunkin Donuts 🍩 on 87th and kedzie for 2 pints of ice cream. Upon entering there were 2 employees who looked up and never said a word. The girl was working on a drive thru order and the guy kept doing what he was doing. Went and got my 2 pints of ice cream and patiently waited to pay. The girl came over the transition was made and it was only then she asked if I wanted my receipt which I took and left. So rude so unprofessional and will not be going back no time soon. That's how you lose business.
