I pulled up to this Dunkin at 7:13pm to pick up two doughnuts. As I was about to walk in the guy was mopping and mumbling something and gave me a dirty look as if he wanted to leave now. I feel if you don't want to work their are plenty of people looking for work.

I walked in at 7:00 PM. They close at eight. The guy was so rude because he was mopping the floor and trying to leave work early. He made me and my kids feel unwelcome and told us we had to get out of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to.

Order online and received my coffee as if it came out of a week old coffee pot!!! The coffee I received definitely was old as hell and will be calling Corporate on Monday for a replacement!!! Totally ruin my entire shift because I couldn't even drink it!!!

There is a new young lady working here and she has the worsts customer service, one day she stopped taking my order to get on her cell phone and today she answered me with we will when ever we can. Mind you there was one customer order n two employees to one order.

Big shout out to the owner especially today. Every crew member didn't show up and yet this man remained not only professional and stuck to his guns taking care of every customer he could. This Dunkin Donuts will continue to get my business. I'd give 10 stars if i could.
