I ordered a few ice coffee's and realized that the spoon he used to mix the drinks was sitting in a cup of dirty water. Who knows how long that cup was sitting there would not recommend this Dunkin.

I did a take out of this restaurant. The service and the vibes from the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. The food was horrible. My croissant sandwich was burnt, my tater tots were greyish looking and tasted so nasty and greasy. The price wasn't bad at all, but it's not worth going back to this particular site

The service that I received was the worst ever. I asked the server for an opion on how to make my drink and he stated that he didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m from out of the country and I’m new to ordering Dunkin Donuts. I have never had matcha here before and he didn’t even try to help me.Then, when I got my drink, it was a small and the entire cup was filled with ice (there was barley any beverage itself). I asked him if I should have ordered light ice, he shrugged his shoulders. I proceeded to ask if he could make me a new drink and the energy and his body language showed that he did not want to make my drink, so I asked for a refund. Afterwards he still gave me attitude. Terrible Dunkin Donuts experience. Will not return to this location ever.

The guy at your shop at 3334 west 95th on 8/30/2025 at around 5pm is the worst employee i have ever encountered. He was on his phone and we were a border to him. When I complained about his service he was still on his phone and told me to just go. I know you can get a better employee.

I get in at 7:45 pm for a hot coffee. I couldn't get latte because machine was off already. So I order 2 medium regular coffee and they were warm. I told the guy for hot coffee and told me they almost close so there were no hot coffee and no microwave. Bad service. Dont go back to this place. 👎
