The owner is a liar. He locks the bathrooms and says someone is there, I had my coffee in the store waited over half an hour, and no one came out, I wouldn't go back there again.

I have never experienced this level of rude customer service at DD. They were not patient or helpful. I placed my order online for a regular hot coffe (nothing special or time consuming) at the wrong location once the employee realized it he was very dismissive. I asked can it just be made here or I pay for a new one. He said no because it's a different owner than Kedzie. Before I could repeat what I said because I thought he may have mis heard me he turned his back threw his hands up and went on to something else. I left and said I will never order from them again and went to get Starbucks in the same lot because I had to be back at the hospital for work. I am sure to tell all staff I work with that this location is rude if they don't care how they treat you in person how can you trust them with your drinks or food.

Walked out numerous times, long lines, slow to make orders makes them wrong, the problems the owner, when he's not there it runs completely different, lost a customer today

Check your receipt!!! These people ripping people off, charging extra that other Dunkin does not charge extra for. I use my rewards to get a free drink and they still charge me said because I added syrup, but all the other Dunkin say that Syrup is free. Make sure you check your receipt cause I was going here for a long time and they’ve been ripping me off charging extra on things that’s free.
Parking: Is difficult to get parking because the parking lot is small and a drive-through line Is in the way of parking
