There was a lady who helped a co worker who mistakenly put bacon in my burger 🍔 she remade the entire burger! Thank goodness I do not eat pork. I forgot her name but many blessings to her. MY BURGER WAS THE BOMB!!! ❤️❤️❤️😋😋😋

I saw videos and got recommendations about five guys. “It’s expensive, but good quality and they give you a bag of fries”. I ordered 2 large fries, so about $10 just on fries. When I got my order all they did was fill two little cups of fries. Not even regular. For $10 that’s a joke.

The prices are just insane now. I went across the street to chili’s and their burgers were cheaper. A restaurant shouldn’t be cheaper (granted it’s chili’s but still). The workers at five guys I will say are great though. They work hard and efficiently and are friendly

Im not gonna lie i dont eat five guys alot but when i came into this five guys it was very welcoming and the crew was right on top of things it was so clean and all the tables super clean the floors super clean idk about yall but that to me is the biggest pluses for me to eat at a place and my food was ready so fast and good my girl loved everything and all we did was make a quick stop amazing keep up the good work guys

The all girls crew was professional and friendly. The only male started after I entered. Next, he went from seating area to sweeping the floor. I wanted to say to the manager why you are letting him sweep while you are cooking and preparing food. I decided I didn't want to ruffle anyone feathers. I received my food and drove off. I got to the stop sign and realized they didn't give me my son's $6.69 strawberry shake. I went back in, and I told them in a joking way that I wanted my tip back because they failed to give me my shake. You would think the manager who was yacking it up with them should have come over and apologized and gave me a refund or an additional shake. Needless to say, I would have refused because they have the weakest shakes in all restaurant chains. I should have requested a refund, but that would have taken time off my hot food. Next time I am feeling a need for a burger, I will go to Jewels and get a pub burger and cook it myself.
