Harold's Chicken Shack

Called 45 mins prior to pick up and order still was not ready. I thought I'll give this location another try after waiting for over an 1 hour for a call in order.

Iso tired of spending my money on bad chicken .why we got to go out out neighborhood to get good food Harold on 87 needs to close down nasty old chicken .

This is a sleeper Harolds. Not too many people realize how good this location is which is great because not as crowded as some of the other Harolds. When you tell them fried hard they fry your chicken hard. Would give them 5 stars but they still only doing cash payments which is old school but the food here is great.

Came to pick up my order and rang the bell, she came out snatched it and then tossed me my food.

Food is always so good and fresh !!! The cook deserves a hug !!! You can tell he takes his time with cooking the food and it’s exactly like how you ask for it ….. The cashiers are always so NICE. And professional . BEST one hands down !!!!

The wings were fresh with the Right amount of sauce. Fries came with. Pleasant lady answered and took my order as well.

Let me just start by saying that I'm not sure how this place is still open for business. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The food was not fresh, my chicken wings were old and the fries were cold. I will never eat here again.

This is by far the worst Harold's I have ever been to. I went in to place my order at 8:30 p.m.,now I have to remind you that they close at 9:00 p.m. Before I could say anything, the young lady behind the counter told me that they ran out of chicken, not even knowing if that’s what I wanted to order. She was pretty much telling me that they were no longer taking orders even though they were open until 9:00 p.m. Very unprofessional I won't be returning back to this Harolds.

Since the Harold’s off of 87th and the Ryan closed I have to give this location as the best spot. Only problem is THEY ARENT taking CASH😬 So you’ll need to Cash app, Apple Pay or use debit.

The wait for a 8 piece chicken bucket and fries was 1 whole hour yeah i dont know about going there anymore.
