I arrived at the restaurant around 3 pm. I was excited to see there were no other customers inside the restaurant. I was politely greeted by the Harold's employee who very patiently answered my questions. After placing my order I stepped aside and prepared myself for a long wait. After a couple of hands of Gin Rummy on my phone, my name was called and my order was ready. It was correct, hot and delicious.

They have great food but the service is not the best. First, was their phone was not working to place an order, then when you get there they don’t accept the card, only zelle , Apple Pay and cash app..

Chicken with the mild sauce, served with fries and cole slaw *chef's kiss*. We waited about 15 minutes but you could tell it was cooked right when we ordered it. I almost couldn't wait till we got home to dig in. We ordered one half chicken mixed, and the cashier was sweet enough to give an extra cole slaw since there was two of us. We were greeted with a smile and notified when there was about 5 minutes left. It was cooked to perfection when we finally got home. Excellent...
