I ordered a sandwich for delivery and it never showed up. Spoke to the “manager” and they asked me if they had charge my card. And they promised to make it right…. But just blew off the order with no remorse whatsoever. Worst service ever! So I had to cancel the charge on my card. Thank god for ring camera footage to show they never showed up. Never ordering from this location again!

Placed my order first time requested delivery I was told the app said pick up even though a tip was added,Tonight I ordered in the confirmation saying my order will be delivered on September 22024 10 am.I'm going out of town Tomorrow .I was told my money couldn't be refunded forb2-5 days if we wanted food we would have to pay again 30.00.DON'T ORDER ON THIS STUPUD APP .NOW I DON'T WANT TO ORDER JJ FOR A WHILE

I'm a sucker for Jimmy johns. This location met my expectations for taste and service.
Had 2 interviews they rescheduled both& then they tell me they don’t need any in store positions, to which I said I can be a driver. To which they tried to reschedule yet another interview. Waste of time, if u don’t have the space say that instead of us getting ready and about to leave, for you to say “let’s schedule another interview. This place is just a waste of time and space. I don’t know if u do don’t need people. Please fix ur applications and management when it comes to the applications. Extremely dissatisfied & I didn’t even try any food.

Extremely slow delivery and mediocre food. 50min from the time I ordered to the time the food arrived. Tuna sandwich had barely any tuna, and the other sub didn't get the extra onions I requested. Delivery took so long (30 of the 50 minutes) the bread on both subs was soggy and gross. I won't order from this location again.
