Went thru drive on a Thurs at 5:00pm. Placed order moved to 1st window and young man asked what was our order after going thru several that wasn't ours. When he found our order went to give him credit card, he then said I only take cash, when that should have been the first think he said. Got to next window young lady spoke Spanish she asked what our order was and she couldn't find. She was standing there looking all crazy so I asked for a manager. He came to the window I explained to him that she didn't understand me and he said she only speaks Spanish. I asked him why she wasn't working the first counter where someone could help her instead of drive thru, with a NASTY attitude he said I can't discriminate. I said that's not discrimination, she would still have a job. So after arguing with him for about 5 mins he said he didn't see our order. I ask could we place the order again and he said that's going to hold up my line. I left and of course went to a real McDonald's on Western and had a Spanish speaking young man take my order with no problem. So I guess if you don't speak SPANISH don't go to this McDonald's even though the main language in U.S. is English.

Some guy at the window just told me to wait I was already waiting somebody behind me was revving their engine which led me to honking. Now I get up to the window and the lady doesn’t even know my order. And you didn’t have to yell at me and say my name. Definitely felt attacked for just waiting

AVOID THIS MCDONALD’S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This McDonald’s location has to be the worst in the city of Chicago. I visited this location on Dec 31, 2024 at 8:30pm, and was told they were closed as I seen employees walking around inside. I thought it was early to close for New Year’s, instead I had to go to the location on Pulaski who informed me that their early hours meant closing at 11p. Then today Jan 07 2025 at 9:00pm, I pull into the drive-thru and told through the intercom “We’re only accepting Grubhub, UberEats, and mobile app orders”. I’m not sure if this is the ownership and/or management ideas, but this isn’t acceptable for McDonald’s, especially one which promotes itself as being 24hrs.

Just left this MCDONALD'S and gave me 4 Large cups of seltzer water that's supposed to be sprite and didn't receive all that I ordered. Thanks alot. I just placed a call to the Manager after it took me four calls for them to pick up, the manager pick up and I tell him that I just left there and they gave me four cups of seltzer water and y'all forgot one of my items. He goes on to say he hate when we say y'all. Mr. Cornell it always starts with the Head, if you're the manager then you are responsible for how my food is PACKED... your attitude can be the cause of how your shift is ran over there!!! Team work makes the Dream work.

This is the 2nd and last time I’ve came to this McDonalds and they didn’t put my food in the bag. I passed through here today for 2 happy meals and they both didn’t have their nuggets.
Terrible, Hairy Fries and old disgusting food pic is a double filet. this was a lunch time visit. I want my money back it was so bad, this was absolutely terrible. picture proof. stopped at this mcd which is not my normal mcd, costs 4 dollars higher from my normal meal and food was terrible. i will never ever visit this one again and i want my money back it was so bad
