I went through the drive-thru line and I'm sitting there waiting for my food just got done paying and the window is wide open this female manager is yelling at an employee just downgrading him in front of me very unprofessional she should have went about that completely. Then I get my food home and it's cold and old. Will not be going back to this store.

I went in to get a shake and it took over 15 mins for a shake. They seemed short staffed and the cashier was new so she really didn't try to help unless the supervisor asked her.
