Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Great service tonight. Kenny and DeShaun were the only 2 in the store and they killed it. We got great service and they were totally professional even when some customers were rude or upset about the extra time they might have to wait.

This place must be where the happiness is sucked out of the employees.
My ice cream is soup by the time I asked for my missing marshmallows and now my appetite is gone. I feel no happiness when I eat my ice-cream. Im left feeling disappointed and sad. A hot day and I wanted to get a nice cold treat but im left with a soup in a cup and money gone from my pocket. Walked in and the mood was gloomy and depressing. Just with 4 people working not once had an ounce of happiness or greeted with enthusiasm. Just plain dead soulless workers slaving away working for minimum wage. -1/10 not coming here again.

This was by far the worst experience that my family and I have had at a food establishment. My family’s order was taken with the cashier having the most uninterested face and then given wrong. What we were charged for didn’t match the order that we were given. When we asked about what we were given, all of the employees were extremely rude and said they didn’t have time to check the order. The label on a ice cream waffle bowl that we asked for had “Chocolate chip” on it when we asked for “Cookie Dough”. The employee said that it was just the label that was wrong. We were confused and got an attitude from the employee. Overall, the environment gave me bad vibes with rude and uncommunicative employees. We never got an apology for receiving such nasty attitude and wrong order. My family and I will not be going back after the horrible customer service we received.

The manager is not professional at all. Has no clue how to run a business or even treat employees. Service is slow, the place is nasty, the it looks like no one wants to work. Oberwiess Diary seems to not care as theres a few bad reviews where whoever is responding is using the same template and thanking the reviewers or their satisfied experience. The place is a joke.
