I have been to Pappy's a handful of times to pick up orders for myself and my coworkers and I just want to say not only is the food consistently good but the staff always asks if I need help bringing all the bags and drinks to my car. Thank you.
I love going into a restaurant knowing I’m going to be greeted with respect. Every worker Is so respectful and welcoming. I was in there tonight… one of the girls was cracking jokes and making the costumers laugh… she had such a spark to her and you can tell she’s a funny girl. she was so respectful and nice to everyone who came in… she wasn’t shy- she was very helpful- and had a smile on her face the whole time. I was out there visiting family and I came there to get food. When I was there this lady was complaining because she wanted a regular cup to get water even though they provide water cups as a courtesy. The lady was rude but the manager handled it VERY well. He stayed calm and professional. I love this place and I highly recommend it.
