I order online for a personal pan pizza free for my child because she won this certificate for completong her reading log for October. I placed my order at 4:01 gallve it 20minsfor the restaurant to prepare before making it to the establishment. Once I made it to the Establishment at about 4:30 I was cashed out and told that it would be a minute. It was not ready. I'm watching everyone come in leave out with their orders. I'm watching the workers put orders inside their oven to keep warm. I asked the lady who cashed me out. She had a long ponytail, blonde hair. Not a very pleasant looking face she checked my receipt. Look back to the workers and said yes it should be coming out. So by now I have already waited 30 minutes for a pers. onal pan pizza just for her to clock out and did not receive my order until 5:30 because I had to ask another employee, how long would it take? I've been waiting for over an hour. He goes to the oven, pulls out the personal pan and handed to me. So my order was ready over 30 minutes ago. If not the hour I've been waiting. The lady kept telling me it was going to be ready. She never took a second glance to see if it was already prepared unacceptable. I dislike terrible customer service and I'm very respectful and understanding which is why I'm leaving a review instead of cursing out the entire establishment

Came into the store regarding an online order on 10/25/25 at 12:25 pm. Cashier was very nasty and did not even look for the order when I inquired about it. She walked off before I could even show her the proof of the online order. I don't spend my money at places where I am disrespected. So I cancelled the order. When I asked for proof of my refund. She refused to print me a copy so I had to take a picture. As a foodie who frequents different restaurants. I would save my money and go to another Pizza Hut.

DD here - went in, asked for a bag and the assc said order was a few more minutes so I waited. A young lady came in and asked if anyone was taking orders. The assc who assisted me heard her but was on the phone and pulling out a pizza. The woman asked again if anyone was taking orders. A man finally came from the back and immediately said, you're order is almost done. She hadn't even ordered but he said it as if he was irritated (probably thought it was me that was asking for my DD order). The woman assc finally came up with the pizza and it wasn't even mine. So I sat there for 10 minutes for no reason and tried to argue that I never showed her the name - if I didnt, its possibly because she said it was coming up so I may have assumed she knew what doordash order was up. They're not shortstaffed because no one was in there, just seem lazy and dislike customers coming in interrupting their personal conversations.

Extremely poor customer service from the women; major unfriendly dispositions, as if I did something horrible to them. The food is what it should be for Pizza Hut. The $8.99 chocolate chip cookie I ordered for my little ones, was hard and burnt, so I returned it. The regular breadsticks are always lackluster and overcooked. The manager told me, the oven is automatically set, therefore there’s nothing he can do about changing the settings. So unless you enjoy overcooked breadsticks, I suggest you pass on them. However, the cheese bread sticks are definitely a go, especially cheese with cheddar garlic.

I’m been eating Pizza Hut for 57 years and still love their pizza and service. Believe me I was 20 years old when I fell in love with Pizza Hut pizza; yes I’m 77 years old and enjoying it through Google in Chicago,IL. My experience at Pizza Hut is a testament of time through two generations.
