Local fast food! They sell chicken tenders and sandwiches as their main food items. My son loves them. They are good but the drive thru line can get long. The customer service has been great every time!

I agree that Canes has delicious chicken strips. But at the Evergreen Park location the chicken strips keep getting smaller and smaller. We have been going to this location since it opened so we have seen these chicken strips shrink while the price goes up. Hmmm 🤔

The employees working here have horrific customer service. Bad attitudes, no smiles, as if the customer did something wrong just by being the next customer. It's insanity. Everbody got something going on, but you don't bring it to work with you. They constantly playing around. Management and the owner ain't gonna do nothing about it obviously. This isn't my first rodeo here, but definitely my last. I will recommend to others NOT to visit this location. Go Downtown to that location. They have a great team there.

The space is always clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that the service is pretty slow and something is usually wrong with the order (more often than not). They either forget an item you paid extra for or if you ask for a substitute they will agree but usually not honor it and give you the original listing. The strips I noticed have gotten smaller unfortunately:/ but the stuff is friendly enough

I would first like to say thank you for Kane's establishing a very clean environment both for the bathrooms and the dining area period as a full-time teacher and a doctoral student that's full-time. Having a place to work that's dining area stays open. Late is very helpful for me period I have my own headphones and I'm able to work Up until 12, where I can still get a good night rest. I am definitely purchasing food and feel that I should be treated with respect period having someone floating around you sweeping around you and trying to discourage you from staying is very irritating. One thing that this group does is that they start blasting music as high as it can go to discourage your visit. But My take on this is you should want the customer to feel as comfortable as possible period the young lady with the braids and a bad attitude , consistently blasted the music when it got close to time to leave about thirty minutes , she started blasting the music to attempt to make me want to leave

But it didn't work, I had my own headphones and I still continue to work effectively period but what it did do was distract the people who were coming to pick up the orders and it ended up distracting them, so she ended up turning it down period then she went back later when she realized that it didn't work and tried to blast it even louder. Period the one problem with younger generation of workers is that it's more about them than it is. The customer, if you have 1 or 2 customers still left and you have to sweep after they leave. It is not the end of the world period but paying customers deserve to get the experience that they want period if this continues. I will definitely contact corporate office and formalize a complaint. There's a level of music that is so intrusive that it takes away from the experience no matter if I was working studying or even talking to someone in front of me, it's intrusive, and it's disrespectful and rude to the customer, lucky for me, I can work in any situation, no matter what? So the attempt to distract me, or to get me to leave did not matter. Because I ended up leaving exactly at 12. Anyway, and will continue to do so as long as the dining area is open. To the management train, your staff to be more customer centered. Because, to be honest, I normally have good experiences with friendly faces. But this young lady with the braids, even when I asked her what time they closed, she had an attitude even when I came through the door and said, hello, she ignored me. And that is what makes an experience That also, please add seasoning to the chicken. It is very bland and has no type of flavor compared to other cakes locations.

By the way, despite the blasting music as loud as you can make it, I will still be back. So you may as well stop, because it's going to annoy you quicker than it will me. It's just the principle of the matter that you would try.

Avoid strategies that would lead to a loss of business and embrace your policy of having a dining area that conveniently stays open till 12, which gives you more of an opportunity to make more sales.If you take you out of it and think of the business , then you would have a better acumen
