Good food. I loved

If I can rate it a 0 I would they gave me undone chicken tenders they was gooey in the middle and I said fried hard in the request. I called the restaurant they put manager on the phone asked for a replacement why would I want a replacement for some tenders that’s a safety concern already? The manager said the restaurant doesn’t like to issue out refunds and did provide me with a number to contact. However I feel like it’s the restaurant problem to address the customer issue rather it is compensation or a replacement. It was their job to make sure notes and instructions were followed it should be their job to provide customers with issues with their service. ALL TRASH!!! I want a refund .

The phone was pretty good.Just a lit the location.I went to a bunch of young kids working.Am I full set and my phone set there for 15 minutes?I had to keep going back to ask.What's my order ready yet

There’s literally nothing better than going to a restaurant having great customer service because these days I feel like it just doesn’t exist. The cashier Jayla was super sweet. Definitely be back.

we were supposed to get a extra chicken finger but we did not receive no extra chicken in none of the boxes. I also paid extra for a sauce and did not get it. Bad enough that we waited 20+ mins for curbside trying to get our order. Very poorly run.

This location needs help. I ordered all these chicken meals got home and there was no sauce. The guy asked me if I wanted to drive back to get the sauce. Are you serious. What a joke. I won’t eat here anymore.

Coleslaw was absolutely horrible and i like coleslaw but that's not it or that sweet tea or tea not it at all got to do better

I was not made to feel welcome. I came in family of five and Instantly saw everyone get annoyed. Like I was a burden and paying for a service for 5 people. My children really wanted to try the food. I purchased the food bc the establishment is not the problem. If you don't feel like taking large orders at least act like you want to and be discreet. You don't work from home this is not remote we can see you and your expression.
