#1 when I first came in, the music was too loud. #2 they charge 3.5% on debit and credit cards as if the food price wasn't already high enough. The chicken wasn't seasoned. You can taste that through the lemon pepper on the chicken. French fries was hot, but mediocre. And lastly they gave me the butt end of the bread and it was hard and stale. Made a tiktok about it and I hope y'all fix this

Catfish fillets be undercooked sometimes. Pls cook it long next time

I’ve been going to Red Snapper for a while, but I’m surprise that the wings are so little now. Same good taste but less wing for more money?
I’m sad because I like the taste but it’s not worth the money. I asked for lemon pepper also and I sometime get what I want and sometimes I don’t so yeah I might stop going there because it’s not what are used to be. When a restaurant is good, they’re not stingy with their food. They should stay consistent so that you can have happy customers. This is just me over all the food is good but yeah what a bummer. Is the wings go back to normal size and you give customers what they asked for like lemon pepper? Then I might consider but I don’t think I’ll be coming here again anytime soon.

I went here this evening and purchased the shrimp special and a four piece jack salmon dinner for two seniors. When I got home the jack salmon dinner was fried hard, the fries was old and the shrimp special was too far off. I called the restaurant and complained about my food and was told to bring it back. I explained that I had to get ready for work and was told to put it in the fridge bring it back tomorrow and they will recook it for me. You must be kidding me, I got a better one for them I WILL NEVER BE BACK FOR NOTHING ELSE. FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Went here for my dinner got the fish combo at $18. It could have been fried harder like i asked but was good overall. I was so hungry forgot to get a picture- I had left overs too. So good for 2meals.

Parking: Maybe like 4 directly infront of the location but its an open lot so you can park anywhere

I ordered fish and chicken at the Red Snapper located at 9648 South Western. The food was trash and totally inedible!!!!

I don’t like the fact that I have to stand there for about 3 to 5 minutes while the cashier texting her phone then I asked her about my food and she’s sitting in there with eating while she’s touching people food, which is not a good look so you guys need to talk to her a little bit better the food was good, but the service sucks
