1. FIRST TIME GOING THE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE.

6. THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES WERE NOT SO GOOD TASTED GLUTEN FREE HAD TO THROW THEM AWAY.
7. SO JUSTS OKAY PROBABLY WILL NOT BE RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

19Sep24 My wife and I traveled to the Southside to get some sweets & hit the lakefront. Let me start by saying we were the 1st customer of the day & was greeted by Karla who has an awesome personality!!! We purchased the German Chocolate, Biscoff, Lime Mojito, Carrots Cake, Red Velvet, & Chocolate Turtle Sundae Cupcakes!!!! We also purchased the Homemade Butter Pecan Ice Cream????!!! Please Try This Location it's the Best!!!

These are the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had. Much more affordable if you pick them up yourself.
Parking: It's much easier to enter the parking if your driving North bound on Pulaski. It's a challenge with the heavy traffic to try & merge into the shopping center.

A great small business to support. You can definitely get something cheaper at Jewel or Mariano's, but this place has fantastic desserts and you can tell someone took their time and put some care into each item. Will be back. If you're looking to impress with some treats this place has you covered.

First time at Smallcakes on 95th and Pukaski. It's so cute! Super moist cupcakes: the strawberry tasted like fresh fruit. The coconut frosting was addictively rich. And they make their own ice cream! Met the baker and she was awesome, and a great spokesperson for the place! Definitely worth going

I have ordered from Small Cakes in the past and the service has always been good. Not today. I ordered 2 cakes for today. The cakes were supposed to be ready by noon. The person that picked them up for me was told that they will not be ready until after 1230p and they would call him when they are ready! They supposedly "tried" calling me 2x yesterday about the cakes not being finished by noon. I checked my phone log and what do you know, no calls from Small Cakes! I asked the Small Cakes person why they didn't leave a message if they "supposedly" called me, but they didn't have a response. Lack of communication and professionalism is what made this experience bad. The cakes themselves were outstanding. Please work on your communication and owing up to the mistake. Thank you. We paid for the cake but when we picked up the cake it was cold outside, ice and slippery. The young lady walked the cake to the car and put it in the trunk so we would not drop the cake. Thank you so much.
