I called and was rudely answered by an employee named Tasha, she hung up on me the first time I called, I called back and she has a smart mouth and attitude, then quickly hangs up the phone as if Im annoying her. And I was just calling to check status of my application, I don't want to work for anyone who let's their employee's come to work like this, one spoiled apple can ruin the whole bunch, unacceptable. This is not top tier customer service, the service I got was horrible.
Imagine spending the entire day watching your father in the hospital fighting for his life and you finally get an opportunity to leave so you decided to get a smoothie until you are able to make it home and muster up the strength to find something to eat, just to wait 30 minutes past your pick up time and to be called a liar by a member of “management.” This is not the first time that I have had to wait past the time my smoothie was promised but this was by far the worst reconciliation...read full review
