There is this lingering smell that smells like dirty mop water, also why can’t they ever keep this place clean during closing? Toppings for fruits were everywhere it makes me think they probably live like this…
Edit: The floors today looked atrocious as if they’ve never been mopped before Edit: Veterans day and I saw that they gave a person who pretended to be a veteran a smoothie. He didn’t even have any identification

I’ve only been here a couple times and I don’t like writing bad reviews but I feel like I was completely disregarded for over 30 minutes after placing an online order. My smoothies were ready when I arrived but my bowl was still waiting to be made which I was very patient about. It was just the fact that I stood there and no one acknowledged what I was waiting for. When I finally asked about it, a crew member told me it was coming up (without even looking at me) so I patiently waited another 10 minutes before I asked someone else who took it out the freezer. I’m not sure it was there the entire time I was waiting but it was the lack of care that I waited so long after placing an app order. Didn’t appreciate my experience at all.

this the worst location i ordered a pb acai bowl with no granola sub strawberries they put extra granola 🤣 and no acai blend literally like barely any. i should throw this shit at they window 😂
