Chicken wings are ok, but my cajun wings were missing flavor, seemed ordinary to me. Prices were reasonable, and staff did a great job getting me in and out.

I placed an online order with this Wingstop for delivery by Doordash. The order was placed at about 11am for scheduled delivery at 12:30pm. It is now 2:30 pm and I still have not received my order. I contacted Doordash at 1pm, they called and were told that Wingstop had not even started working on my order but they would start working on it and I should receive my order around 1:30pm. At 2:15 pm, I call Doordash because I still haven't received my order, they call and are told again that Wingstop hadn't started working on my order. I just had them cancel the order. Honestly, it doesn't take 3 hours to make chicken! I know others have had issues with this location and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, I now see what everyone is talking about when they say to avoid this location. How is it you receive an online order, the delivery company calls you and you still don't prepare the customer's order???!!!! I don't get it. I think if they plan on staying in business, they really need to improve their services all the way around because this is sad!

I ordered my food and couldn’t believe how efficient the staff was. Getting customers in and out ..: until my order I waited 35 minutes for 8 wings … they forgot to put my order in. When I asked what happened … The manager was unsympathetic and basically said she was too busy to notice.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Don't ever order from the wing stop on 95th and California. For the last 4 orders at least, they have not given me my full order. I order veggie sticks, they never bring them. I order xtra sauce, they don't bring them. I ordered tonight for my lunch break and called them and asked them to please not forget the veggie sticks because I never get them and I pay xtra for them. So I get the veggies sticks, with none of my blue cheese, nor my fries. I called to tell them I was once again missing items and they said that I can come get it (when I ordered delivery because I cannot leave my place of work which is across the street from them), or they can add it back on for my next order. Yes, I'll order it for my next order and not get it again. I asked them to please bring it and they told me they can't. That's the last time they ruin my lunch. If they are doing this to one person on a consistent basis imagine how many people they are cheating out of what they order. Facebook will not be my only stop regarding this issue with this establishment. Never again.

I work a bit later on Saturdays and not many restaurants are open past 6:00. After dealing with the craziness of my day, I knew I wasn't going home to cook. A request was made for wings. I was able to go inside and place an order that took just under fifteen minutes. I purchased two orders of bone in; barbecue and lemon pepper. They were fried a bit hard for my liking but the flavors were there.

They sent me the wrong food and then gave me attitude. They told me I could get a refund by returning the food to their location. The reason I did delivery was because I couldn't leave. I will not be ordering from them again

I most definitely won't be ordering anything from them in the future. I paid almost $60 for 2/20 piece classic wings through Uber eats and these no counting SOB's sent me 2/10 pieces. When I called they had the nerve to give me attitude. Hire employees who know hook to count!

Absolutely SALTY Wings... no one could eat more than two. Not only did they get my order wrong by forgetting to include items, but we couldn't even differentiate the sauces on the wings we did get-all of it was just SALTY!!! Never ordering from here again!!!

F for uncooked chicken. A for good customer service. First of all, you're taking chance on any Wing Stop when you patronize this business. This particular one has a "Full Flavor Fix $17.99 Whole Wing Special". I thought I'll try it. When I arrived home and started eating. The wings were under cooked. The skin was soft and the Flavor Seasoning didn't stick to them. I was disappointed but too tired to return to the store. I called the next day and the young lady that assisted me pulled up my ticket and told me to come in for a refund. When I returned to the store. The lead manager at the store drilled me a little. I didn't have my receipt but I had proof of the transaction. The young lady was nice. They called the Manager and he refunded me my money. Thank you!
