This White Castle is so hit or miss on the food and especially in its customer service, from the management to the crew, they act like they don’t see you come in even though their door is loud and you can’t miss hearing it, they barely acknowledge you and continue to do the most mundane tasks instead of attending to customers and get an attitude when you try to gain their attention… I hate going in here but it’s close to my job

I just purchased a small hasbrown through the drive thru. As soon as I pulled off I noticed the box was HALF FULL. I did a turn went back thru less than 2 min.The guy took the same hashbrowns back redrop them in GREASE never FILLED THEM UP and gave them to me the same as I returned. Now I understand why they are Always empty! If someone pays for a product why not give them what they paid for!???

Ordered a crave case at 10pm Made the order for pickup up for 505am Got here at 530 and the order still wasn't ready. Poor man was working hard but whoever was there before or with him should have accounted for the time. I have to work at a north side firehouse today and now poor planning on white castle is going to make me late for shift. For $73 for 30 breakfast sliders, this should not have happened. The man working said he just got the order. I have a screenshot of when the order was put in and it was 10pm last night.

This is maybe my 2nd time eating at this White Castle ?. I ordered some sliders, and a couple of breakfast sandwiches with toast. It was tasty ?. The customer service was very good. In fact, l want to commend the manager for making sure l was okay. She got me a courtesy cup of water, which was appreciated because I needed to take my meds. I am a diabetic ?. Once l finished eating, it was time to go home. On the whole, it's an excellent ?? White Castle with great food and customer service. I'll be back at some point, I'm sure.

I’m a dasher. I had 2 orders. Took 25 mins before I even got here to pick up just 4 sliders and absolutely no one else here and I have to sit and wait another 20 mins just for 4 sliders and no one here. Time is money for us dashers. This is ridiculous. Makes zero sense this order needed 45 mins to make. Smh. Please express dashers urgency to your employees please
