store say its closes at 2am i came in at 1:05 am and lady told me they are no longer taking walk in orders. also phone been out of service for weeks. not very welcoming. whats the point of saying yall open until 2am but stop taking orders a hour before closing

I asked for my wings to be cooked well. Once I get home these wings that I ordered were very undercooked.
I never had an issue before from this location when the staff was diverse in terms of ethnicity and competency. When I first called, I was hung up on. I called back and the same person apologized and said it was not her; whatever. I ordered hot and requested the lemon pepper sprinkles be added to make it hot lemon. I noticed there was a language barrier but the cashier understood and confirmed my order. Once I arrived to the restaurant, my order was wrong but they were willing to fix it. The cashier began to sprinkle lemon pepper powder that you put on regular fried chicken (new to me) which was the incorrect lemon pepper. I asked her if that was the lemon pepper sprinkle for the lemon pepper wings… she said no and attempted to mix the lemon peppers until I stopped her and requested they just remake my order and they agreed. Why did they then give me lemon pepper wings? At this point, I’m overstimulated and hungry. There were so many staff talking to me at once to figure out my order but all had a language barrier. The shift manager then stepped up and said he’ll add the lemon pepper sprinkle on top of the first order that had the lemon pepper powder. I got a refund and left.

They gave me wrong flavor and they have one wing when I asked for ten and I ask asked for fries and they had bite marks and the ranch expired and the worker stares at me when I eat and I don’t feel comfortable.

Here is a picture of the French fries.Just horrible looking they tasted like old grease and why were they so dark.I called them after I made it home of course they offered another batch no thank you.I refuse to drive 4 miles back when you should have made them the correct way the first time.Would not recommend!
