Great service. Sitting at the grill is a fun experience depending on your crowd. The service was excellent. Great for birthdays

We came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our kids, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor from the start — it was very difficult to understand the waiter, which made communication frustrating. We clearly mentioned a mushroom allergy, and instead of accommodating us or offering alternatives, we were told we could only have broccoli and no other vegetables. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a serious dietary restriction. We left feeling unheard, stressed, and unsatisfied. We won’t be coming back.

Everything was great until the water from the ceiling began leaking into the food. Manager did nothing about the issue and expected us to keep eating🫤 I know they do nasty stuff in their country but this is gross.

I used to love this place, until today; I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this restaurant. I’ve been coming here few times without any issues, but this time, we went to celebrate my niece’s birthday, and it was a disaster. The waiter was dismissive. When we asked to speak with the manager, the manager had a horrible attitude, was also rude, and literally told us that if we didn’t like it, we could just go somewhere else. Then, when the hibachi chef came out, he ignored us the entire time, didn’t do any of the usual hibachi show, just cooked the food and practically threw it onto our plates, It was a completely terrible experience, At the end, when we were leaving the restaurant, the chef whispered to my family: “You suck!” Such a huge lack of respect to my family and children. On top of that, you’re forced to leave a tip since it’s included in the check. I definitely do not recommend this place or this kind of experience to anyone.

The worst. The manager, waiter, and cook. We have come for over 5 years and this is the last time.

First off 2 stars for our cook, great job but our waiter that took the order Shaq (that’s what his name tag said) RUDE!!!! as soon as the Cook finished placing our food down, not even 7 minutes later he brought out to go containers and our bill. We wasn’t loud, or anything just about to start our meal which was my sister’s birthday dinner. We didn’t know the other party at the table with us and he also brought them containers as well, with our bill all as one bill together. Then when we tried to explain we wasn’t together he got very angry. Mind you we are a 50 year old and up table. So we wasn’t yelling or making a scene but he clearly was upset. With our very hot off the grill food we packed and paid. And WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WU HOUSE ON 95th to ANYONE.
