Hands down the BEST chile rellenos in southern Il. Ordered them with chorizo on top. Phenomenal. The only reason service was a 4 was because the waitress brought the wrong drink. If you pass through Fairfield and need a Mexican food fix, skip the other Mexiacn restaurant around the corner. Chavas blows them out of the water!
First time here since the new owners. Let's just say, we have found our new favourite Mexican restaurant in the area! The burrito loco was so good! And all of the meat seasoned perfectly. My partner got Chile rellanos and said it is the best he has had in years! The chorizo is the same, best we've had!
Unbelievable to find great Mexican Food this far North, but they made it possible. Every time I am up in this middle of nowhere Midwest America, I make it a point to eat here. All the way from
