The Havana location has a younger brunette woman that works the afternoons who always tends to have an attitude. Today, she spilled my drink on the counter in front of me then just wiped the sides of the cup and handed me a partially empty drink instead of offering to fix it/make a new one. Never again. If I’m going to pay $9 for a coffee I’d like to have the whole thing.

The Black Maple hut is awesome, the staff is super nice, the service is fast, the prices are very affordable!
HOWEVER please please please get new cups. This is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars and why I sometimes avoid my coffee cravings until I get to the closest dunkin is due to the poor quality of cups. The plastic is thin, the lids are terrible, I am often times leary of taking the cups from the staffs hands into my car. Please, get another style cup as that Is the only thing I see wrong with this service. ❤️

Had an Americano. It was really good. The cup lids seem cheap, because the tab wouldn't lock open, but that's minor in my opinion. I will definitely go again!

I tried this place for the first time last week and have been coming every day ever since, the smoothies and coffees are absolutely to die for and the customer service is immaculate! I wish I could rate this 100 out of 10.
