Horrible service. Rude management. Didn’t care about my diabetic family member in immediate need of brining his sugars up. Straight said they didn’t care. 45 minutes waiting on food that was cancelled because they were mad.

If you complain about your order being wrong and want them to remake it....THEY WILL BAN you from the store.
The wait time is always horrible and the food is made wrong half the time. I get to the windows and they tell me the no salt fries is a separate bag. I told her I didn't order no salt fries I ordered my burger no salt. She said she didn't ring it up correctly. She offered to redo my fries I said it's ok just give me a salt packet. She told me to pull forward and they will bring out the correct burger. She told me to keep the one they messed up on because they were going to throw it away anyways. No big deal. I pulled forward and fed the wrong burger to my dog while we wait 10 more minutes. A lady comes out and said I need the old burger back. I explained the lady told to keep it and i fed it to my dog. She told me she can't give me the correct burger now. She was nice just relaying the message. The cook manger came out and said the the same thing. I explain to him what happened. He said he made the burger correct. I said well she told me it was wrong. He said the gm is making him do this. I asked to speak to her. And he said she just left. I would have to call tomorrow and talk to her. Mind you he was very polite we were just talking. I told him this is wrong. he said the lady at the window has no right to give away food. Then this woman comes out screaming at me really yelling at the top of her lungs. Saying she's tired of always remaking our order and giving me free food. I asked her why she was yelling and she need to stop. I tried to explain but She continued to yell and said she was the manager and she banned me. Wouldn't give me my food but or money back.
9 times out of 10 I check my order before I leave. If there's something wrong I show them and they remake it.

i fw this place. nuggets are always crispy and the caramel frappe is crazy good. fries are also pretty warm and taste fresh so 11/10

Had an okay visit. They weren't all that busy but I still had to wait a fairly long time for my food. What's up with no longer giving ketchup or having it where the customer can get it themselves. You have to ask for it and then you only get a couple packets.
