First time visiting here. They were super busy and had some large orders. I ordered a white chocolate/red razz hot latte. It was amazing! We moved here in March and I was so disappointed in the other coffee shop in town, overpriced and the coffee not good. So happy you all are in business! I will be back soon ?

We love Bella's Brews now under new ownership. It's much better! Very affordable & large selection. The frozen hot chocolates are delicious & my wife loves the caramel macchiato!

I waited 18 in line just while the lady ahead of me talked to the owner at the window. Then I ordered and payed for 5 drinks and asked for a drink carrier. The owner got snippy with me and told me no and only handed me FOUR drinks. I knocked on the window to get her attention. Nothing. Honked my horn a few times to get her attention thinking maybe she didn’t hear me knock. Still she wouldn’t come to the window even though I could see her peeking around to see if I was still there. Had to leave without my 5th drink.

Terrible service, takes forever and refuses to give lunch breaks to employees during their 10 hours shifts while they’re working alone would not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Service used to be ok but now everyone there doesn’t seem to care anymore it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make me a latte sorry

As a former restaurant general manager… not giving employees lunch breaks is highly illegal and very frowned upon that you would treat your staff that way

Recently came to light that employees aren’t allowed to take their legally required lunch time. They’ve been straight up told they aren’t allowed a lunch. Very unprofessional attitudes with the employees. Pitiful way to conduct yourself with staff members that do so much for you. Do better.
