Bought a double whopper at the drive thru here. Got it home took one bite, spit it out, about puked, and threw the rest away. The burger actually had a wangy taste, like it was spoiled. I come from cattle farm where we butcher our own cattle. I dont know what this location is feeding people, but if/when your food starts making people sick, it will be quite costly to your company. You might want to take that into consideration.

The food was excellent, best food I've ever had from a burgerking. Quality was amazing, yeah we got pulled to the front to wait, but these were so fresh im almost to Olney and they are still hot and fresh enough I have to cool them. The drive thru lady asked us if we wanted a crown? We had no idea why she asked us that, very short minutes later the drive thru lady was at our windows and had food, she then told us to have a good day king, you rule! We were confused at first but when we got it, he stopped the car and told laughed and told her to have a wonderful day and shes awesome. Made our entire day! The smile on her face and the way she did this, seemed so natural and fun, We had NO idea this was an actual thing until we researched it and found out! Just seemed like they were enjoying their job and wanted to show appreciation and have fun. We loved it! Excellent food, customer service- phenomenal! Thank you crew of flora bk today!! Yall did amazing jobs!

Hour wait in drive through? No since urgency once so ever even after customer after customer left because of lack of service. Absolutely pathetic

I tried to order a king jr cheeseburger meal instead of listening to me she interrupts me. The puts a regular cheeseburger meal on the screen. I asked is this a king jr meal? She said you didn’t ask for that in a rude snarky voice. I was just trying to have a nice day out with my daughter so we just left without ordering anything. They need to work on customer service.

Our order is always wrong and shorted, it’s a big inconvenience to have to go back to have it corrected. Then dealing with rude staff. I feel if you waste my time by not getting my meal right you should comp the whole meal gas isn’t cheap and time is money. If it was just one time ok but every freaking time come on . I will not be going back because if I deal with one more rude employee on their mistake i might slap the crap out of them. About to be making 15 dollars an hour what a joke , definitely need to hold their employees to higher standards especially with the cost of things.

Ever since new management took over this place never answers their phone we always have to go back to the store when they get our order wrong which is almost every single time it's insane.

Tonight I ordered their pickle fries and 2 8pc chicken nuggets got home and the nuggets were so cold they might has well have just served me rocks with how hard they were. $3.00 for an 8pc bag of inedible rocks. Blows my mind.
They can't make a sandwich right ever.
They like to complain about their drive time in front of costumers and place the blame on us. Which a manager recently did to me. Very unprofessional.
They are usually yelling at each other.
They ask you to wait when there is just 1 other customer placing an order inside while in the drive.

Always asked to pull forward then get cold food or don't get everything I paid for.

Something needs to be done, or I just will have to take my business elsewhere.
