I have been to Flora‘s diner two times to dine in. The first time I ordered the meatloaf special and I swear it was banquet TV dinner meatloaf. It looked and tasted exactly the same. The second time I ordered the smothered hamburger steak. The waitress brought the food to the table And what I got was a smothered chicken breast. The waitress never returned so I couldn’t make a complaint. I had a few bites and thought I would take the remainder home for the Neighbor’s dog. However, since the waitress never returned, I simply went to the counter and paid and left.

My Family and I have eaten here about 3 times all three times we have gotten rude service and I wondered why we get such service but everyone else got pretty good service always had their table checked on. But not us. I caught the waitress saying stuff behind our back a couple of times. I have stage 4 Rectal Cancer and my husband has congestive heart failure. I like to go here when I get done with chemo every two weeks. But as of yesterday evening we won’t be back I saw the waitress spraying the whole area including the door way after we got out of there. My husband has been very sick with even retaining water buildup. Even the owner found it funny that the waitress was doing such thing. Not nice people should consider other people’s feelings before doing such thing and at least know some of the background on health issues before judging and making fun of them.

Had smothered chicken. Was absolutely delicious! Chicken was well seasoned and moist, very large portion. Waitress and staff were very attentive and pleasant. Nothing really special inside, but it was clean and obviously cared for.
