McDonald's is going down really fast !! If you ask for anything extra on your sandwich they just throw it on ! It's cold normally when you get French fries 🍟 and they don't even care!!!!

Ordered on the mobile app when I was a little over 5 minutes away. Got there an stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. Was told it was coming out in a minute. Stood there another 10 minutes and finally told them I’d had enough got my money back and left.

Place my order online, is going to pick up in the Drive-Thru, had to wait for over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Then they said can you pull around the Moca frappe wasn't ready, and had to wait another 7 minutes. I almost just left without it.

THE SLOWEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO!! almost waiting 20 minutes just to get an order in, for me to tell me order twice and they still don’t get it right!! definitely need people who have some sense working here so this place can run better.
