Ordered on the mobile app when I was a little over 5 minutes away. Got there an stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. Was told it was coming out in a minute. Stood there another 10 minutes and finally told them I’d had enough got my money back and left.

Place my order online, is going to pick up in the Drive-Thru, had to wait for over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Then they said can you pull around the Moca frappe wasn't ready, and had to wait another 7 minutes. I almost just left without it.

Rude service. Sandwhich 1 came with the buns on the side. Sandwhich 2 looks like they forget to put the pickles and ketchup on so they just stuffed them into the box and hosed it down the ketchup as a after thought.
$3 Sandwhich isnt worth $7 when the employee not worth minimum wage is putting ketchup on top of the bun.
They all looked aggravated and in eachothers way. My solution to that, lock the doors and go home. Look for work that doesnt involve sandwhich assembly or customer service. Probably better suited to be scare crows if they can drive birds away as good as they do customers.
