I ordered a numbered meal. The 2 chalupas plus a taco. I asked for steak instead of chicken. I was handed 3 soft shell tacos with steak. When I took it back in they said they couldn't take it back but I could order and pay for some chalupas. The mt. dew was good....

The food came out weird tasting and the service was super lack luster.. the blue haired Rhino at the window didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauce… I had like 6 tacos.. maybe ask if they want sauce before closing the window? Also Chulpa was way under cooked lol

Pitiful really. They put food out, I ask if it's mine. She says no. Then another employee says that what turned out to be my food was with another order. So I proceeded to wait. After watching 3 more orders go in and out, I ask where my food is. The same employee then comes back out and tells me the food I enquired about earlier was mine. Thanks for making sure the food would be cold.

I went in the store on Tuesday Oct 1 2024 and ordered a simple number 2 which is the most simple order on the menu 3 regular soft shell tacos which is meat,lettuce, and cheese and get my order there is no lettuce on my tacos! So I simply take them back to the counter and ask if I can get some lettuce and he said oh I’m sorry we forgot to tell you the whole store is out of lettuce! So you get 3 things on your taco and they leave one of them off but still charge you full price and don’t tell you before ordering! I won’t be back

Food was ok for fast food. We were missing a meal with our order. Person at the register tried arguing about it lucky we kept the receipt. Had staff out cleaning windows but several tables and soda section were nasty with spills and were ignored or forgotten.

Staff was very kind and polite, especially given their age and the time of day(1030p and all young adults) even more polite than seasoned staff elsewhere. This is one of the best staffed taxi bells I have ever been to.

If you are the franchise owner sell the place you have no business operating a business if you can’t run a fast food restaurant that is mediocre at least your place good quality and freshness is equivalent to a white dog tired baking in the summer sun

The place is a dump. Tables hadn't been wiped down, trash and crumbs on most tables. The service was super slow and it wasn't busy at all. Also they ran out of beef but didn't say anything until about 25 minutes after we had ordered... What a joke.
