Great shopping variety. Although front end seems to be understaffed. And at least 2 cashiers I have seen and heard berating other co workers AND costumers. One old one and a younger one. Gonna have to dock stars for that, if you can't treat your co workers right you shouldn't be in costumer service.

Horrible customer service! The “team lead” Crystal sat by the front registers in a cart designed for disabled children. Teach your team leads to RUN the business so they can’t tell your customers they don’t know how to do anything. We talked to one employee at 7:05, said he would go retrieve someone and never came back. Went to the front desk, the lady paged for someone and only 1 employee knew how to do deer permits and he was on lunch. After an hour of waiting, the gentleman came back from lunch. As we are in the middle of getting tags at 8:05, the “team lead” crystal came back and was complaining how she had a 5 minute wait on the phone with the alarm company and she had to stay by the sporting goods employee. As I’m guessing she didn’t know how to do that either or at least that’s what she kept saying really loudly. The sporting goods employee did excellent! I get there will be a line, it’s hunting season. Something as simple as a permit, shouldn’t take an hour and 20 on one customer.

Ok so we had this young male worker check us out. At the end instead of putting the bags in the cart for me he says don't forget your items while he leans against the counter!! Well ok!
Nice night store. Had everything i needed. Parking for big truck while shopping. Easy in and out.

This was a very clean Walmart. The staff ask if you need help which is unusual. I like it! The cashier was friendly and chatty. The were also dog friendly. The town of Flora is dog friendly. Which we love taking our furbaby with us traveling.
