Service was bad the cashier was ignoring me while ordering she wrote Karen on my bag thinking she funny. But she was not, the tacos were beyond greasy and the boneless bbq wing were disgusting.
You should altogether close the worst ever all around. No thanks!

So, this is my first time trying the chicken. They charged $1 extra for BBQ sauce on everything however it was sauce only on the chicken (1 side only) despite requesting it over the phone & in person. Check your food before you leave. The fish fillets are usually good.

I think they are stealing people debit card information. The guy on the phone ask crazy account questions after you have paid. Plus they charged my card twice!!!

Some of the best tasting chicken around!

I ordered a 20 piece shrimp from here and all I can say is HAPPINESS! Shrimp was cooked perfectly and breaded just right! I didn't even touch my fries because I was busy devouring the shrimp! Definitely will be coming here more often and give it a try if you're in the area!

My wife ordered from here, and the driver informed us when he went in to get her food…he was told by the mgr “f that” as he stated her order came with a drink, and also our order was all wrong. He went back in after calling us on speaker and sure enough the guy reiterated it!!! I’ve given multiple chances but this was IT! This place is NOT worthy of an order or your time. Extremely unprofessional and I will continue to spread the word!!!

Their food is off the hook. Just had some of their $1.99 tacos. I felt like I was in Mexico they were that authentic. They have boneless wings 75 cents on Tuesdays. How can you go wrong with that? Had a double cheeseburger from there the other day with french fries. One of the best burgers I ever ate.

Order of nachos tasted horrible old ground beef with little taste. Also there is a 3% charge when using debit card. Total waste of time and money

I gave Captain Hooks another try and so far I've been pleased. Last year I had a bad customer service experience and because I refuse to spend my money at any establishment that does not give me great customer service, I had not been back in a year or so. Shawn is the glue that keeps customers coming back. I do have a few areas for improvement. I ordered fish for my husband and I and he likes bread ? with his fish. When I called today, I was told that you have to ask for bread. I still think ? should come with the fish. Also the prices on the website didn't reflect the in-store prices, which causes a bit of confusion. Overall great experience.
