Good service but I ordered tenders and got the wings. I can see why this place gets so many catering orders. Very hot crispy and fresh. Just be careful with orders at the order counter.

The restaurant charged my card twice and refused to refund my card. The manager didnt even apologize. I will never come back to this place . Bad customer service .

Phone in service is horrible I got hung up on twice then I call back and the girl say I put you on hold when clearly the call ended food is good but when I spend my I expect a level of service and the front desk girl answering the phone is not professional so I will find another place that appreciates the business

We ordered Catfish, Wings, Jumbo Shrimp , Fries and okra. We didn’t receive Catfish or Wings in our $100 food delivery. When calling to ask why a rude black woman went off on us and said she packed the bag herself and hung up. The shrimp was cold. The fries were soggy. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolute TRASH. ZERO STARS. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.

I'm Mad they did not give me my coleslaw paid for
I order 2 combo meal turkey burger. Who knew a combo meal does not include a beverage when using certain apps. I paid $30 for 2 cheeseburgers which is ridiculous.
