Food was great but our waitress didn't even give us refills on drinks. She wouldn't even look at us. I was so disappointed in the service I didn't even leave a tip.

Loyal customer of the Flossmoor location our family orders at least once a week. Very happy to see that the Mike's Hot Honey has a permanent spot on the Menu. The Margherita Pizza 🍕 was a great addition to the menu this Summer. The Staff is very friendly, the store always clean, the food 10/10 from the pizza to the wings and salads and when we have had a issue management was quick to make things right.

I have DoorDashed at this location several times and the staff has been nothing but kind, inviting, and helpful. On one particular pick-up, someone provided me with a brand new pizza bag (as I clearly did not have one). During my last pick up, the General Manager, Frank Chagoya, was kind enough to let me try Lou’s Italian Ice (on a sweltering hot day I might add). For anyone in the Homewood/Flossmoor area and neighboring towns, I would highly recommend this location. This is trivial, but the restaurant also smells really good and they play pretty decent music. Final note: my salad was fresh and delicious!!

I usually love pizza from Lou Malnati's, but this time the pizza lacked a little salt. It had all the right ingredients but someone forgot the salt. I usually don't use much salt in my food but just a pinch will enhance the flavor. That didn't happen this time.

We were traveling home and had to stop for a Lou Malnati's deep dish. We were treated great by the staff and they were very helpful directing us to some local places. Frank was so friendly and made us feel welcomed.

We are a big fan of our neighborhood Lou’s in Flossmoor. Since this summer has been so hot, we’ve been ordering once or twice a week since late May.
This evening was the first and only time that we received subpar pizza. It was dinner time, and our kids were hungry, so initially we were going to make do. After taking a few slices out the box, they refused to eat it. We didn’t touch the other pizza because it was poorly made.
My husband called and described the pizzas, and the manager, Frank, rectified the situation himself. The pizzas he made were some of the best we had, even the kids agree. Top- notch customer service! We will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We had the thin crust pizza which is amazing, the hot honey and created our own pizzas. We had the Malnati salad which is the best salad I have ever had. The staff is incredibly nice.

The pizzas here are really good but the salads are on the ridiculous side. For $11, the garden salad consists of a ton of romaine hearts with hardly any actual lettuce. You get a bunch of dark green leaves that you can hardly chew with some light colored lettuce that is mostly heart and even the dark colored lettuce is just hearts. Why can't people make good salads anymore with the actual lettuce leaves? Maybe the people at Lou Malnaties like to crunch on a bunch of romaine hearts and that's it but not everybody else does. I sure don't and today will be the last salad I purchase from them especially at that astronomical price. It really panned out to be worthless and completely unenjoyable. My salad was like this last time as well but I tried to pick one that looked a little better this time, that looked to have more lighter green leaves without all the hearts, but it wasn't any better. Plus the cucumbers and tomatoes are cut so small that it's difficult to eat them unless you use a spoon. Who wants to have to use a spoon with a lettuce salad? And I'm not even going to get into the unhealthiness of every single salad dressing option there. So fattening. Next time I will just purchase a bagged salad from the store for much less money which contains actual lettuce leaves and add my own fruits and vegetables and my own choice of healthy of salad dressing bought from a grocery store. These days it seems like most things are made better at home. I would advise anyone to pass on these salads unless they really like only the hearts with only a tiny bit of lettuce leaves.
