We ordered a bunch of half baked Chicago Classics for a family reunion of Chicagoans now living in St. Louis. Gio could not have been more accommodating in perfectly preparing and packaging the pizzas for the long trip. The pizzas were just as delicious as we remembered! Thank you, Gio. You made our reunion!

Carry-out and delivery only so atmosphere is relative to the order/wait process. There's seating and is a nice environment. IMO, the pizza is really good. Service is efficient and friendly. They do a great job!
Parking: They have several signed, allotted parking spots right in front specifically for their business which is nice since they are in the center if a shopping strip.

This is the second time in 3 months that we ordered pizza for delivery from the Flossmoor location. It took 3 hours and 3 phone calls to get cold pizza the first time. They use Door Dash so if you get a bad driver, you wont get anything. The manager reimbursed me but I had people over so it really ruined half the night waiting. It arrived cold too. The second time, was last week. My husband ran the Chicago Marathon and wanted deep dish pizza. We ordered that and a small thin crust for me. No text from the driver saying it would be delivered by x time. So my husband called right back to make sure our delivery order was confirmed. They said yes. After 45 minutes he called again and the girl said Oh he just left with your pizza. He told her we live 10 min away so if it is not here soon Im calling back for a refund. 25 min later when he called to say he wanted a refund the girl said the Door Dash driver confirmed delivery. We received nothing in 90 minutes. The manager tried offering us a free meal on top of the credit. No thanks. We ordered from Aureilo's and were happy with their service. Sad because we love Lou's pizza.
Shout-out to Lou Malnati's in Flossmoor! There was a hiccup in the kitchen and our order wasn't ready...but the customer service was superb, and they MORE than made up for the inconvenience! It's refreshing to see true service-oriented folks like Frank who are dedicated to creating a positive customer experience. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friend is visiting from California and was eager to try the crustless pizza here and he enjoyed very much. We also ordered the bar-b-lou wings and Malnati salad, everything was delicious 😋. Our server was excellent as well!
