Worst Starbucks location. I really wanted to love this location because it’s close to work but every single time I come it’s a problem. #1, they are SUPER SLOW!! Also, they aren’t even apologetic about taking 15 minutes to make your drink. I also hate the fact that my frappe NEVER taste right. It’s always a lot of milk and ice smh.

I’ve gone here a few times but even though it’s in the store and convenient it hasn’t been a good experience. The drinks, especially the frappuchinos have been hit or miss. Sometimes watery, sometimes no syrup is added, and sometimes I can’t identify exactly what’s wrong. I don’t have time to reorder the drinks so I just keep them. I tend to drink many of the same drinks so I know what they are supposed to taste like and sometimes they don’t. Maybe it’s the big store problem- too hard to do everything (groceries, clothes, merchandise and Starbucks ) well.
This one don't even deserve one star i never satisfied with my drinks when I go to this one gosh put real barista who knows how to make the stuffs geez i won't get my drinks from them again I mean seriously and the wait is too long.
