This location is terrible. They accepted an ezcater order for a time when they are CLOSED. Imagine placing an order well in advance (you have to use ezcater for large orders), having the restaurant accept it, and then the doors are locked and the lights are off when you show up to pick it up. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Subway in Flossmoornis great!
They will get the order wrong and take your money, I think that the establishment is ran by slow people not to sure though.
I went to subway yesterday in Flossmoor, the service was great love ❤️ the specials that they have now. As high as prices are its great that they have a number of specials to choose from.

Got a foot long steak and they only put a 6in worth of meat on it. Won't order from there again.
My sandwich cost $20 I had Philly. Steak and when I told him to add more meat. That's when the price went up.
Without that extra meat, that sandwich would have been just bread and lettuce.
I won't be going back there for lunch. $20 sound crazy.

Now that's how you make a damn sandwich. I ordered a breakfast steak egg and cheese on flatbread and the young man who waited on me did an overly superb job. This has definitely became my favorite Subway 1/15/25

Stopped into Subway for a soup and sandwich. While there after the guy took my order I had a medical emergency. I paid for my food and tipped the guy $2. I asked him if I could have just a little bit of a sweet drink after realizing I was going to get sick. He said no that I would have pay for a full drink if I want it. I told him I didn't think that was right since I had already bought the food and I was in a emergency state. Could he just let me have a sip of liquid? He said he would get in trouble. I would have to pay for the sip. After further discussion, he gave me the sip and told me to get out of the store. I had just spent $16 on soup and sandwich and his tip. I just wanted some relief. He created a scene in front of customers as if I was not a paying customer myself and treated me as if it didn't matter to him if I came back there or not. I asked to speak to the manager. He refused to give me any information and he said that that information is not available to the public. I think this is outrageous and is not the way a regular Subway customer should be treated.
