This place is fastly becoming a dump. Their cleanliness is questionable. I've seen people come in of the street with filthy hands and go straight to the beverage station. You can walk right in go to the side and no one would notice or care. Ladies becareful. Please for the sake of Mary Kate and Ashley clean and sanitize this place. I shouldn't have to pay for.my food and clean up before I eat.

Totally got my order wrong !!! Ordered a steak burrito bowl and got what looks like a chicken burrito it was way too spicy!! The customer service is really bad can’t get ahold of a human so I basically wasted 30+ dollars on something I couldn’t eat had to throw it away!!! Tried calling and all I got was a robot!!! If I could have given it less than a 1 star I would have!!!

I came in around 8pm on Saturday 7-26-25. There weren't many customers at the time. The young man who was preparing the food did a wonderful job of filling our orders as he worked alone from start to finish. I could one other preparing the online orders, maybe someone was at break at this time. The back area was filthy with a row of containers staked very high and all along the counter. It appeared that they had accumulated all day. There were only napkins and knives. The guacamole was tasteless, stringy and chunky. It didn't appear to be a manager there that could have helped the very small team that was there. The young man that was serving seemed discouraged because there was no one else working with him but he worked hard to serve us in a professional way. Give him a promotion! There should always be a manager or supervisor that can fill in when someone doesn't show up or had to leave early, etc.

Chipotle really missed the mark and has continued to miss the mark. I just paid $14.50 for the smallest burrito imaginable. Im really disappointed in the store location and especially with my experience online. You cannot get in contact with anyone at the store when you try to call. The automated system does not listen. It just repeats the same thing in regards to placing an order. Using the chat Pepper online is the most unhelpful thing as well.

I literally just left this location 10 minutes ago the service is terrible! This is the second time I was told they were out of things way before closing time this time I was told there was nomore white rice I told the gentleman you don’t close until 10 p I will wait for some fresh rice the gentleman that had to fix the rest was upset everything looks like it had been sitting all day wish I would have taken pictures..The workers have the attitude of just there because it’s my job !!
