The worst Chipotle I have ever visited. The girls are rude and disagreeable, the food is extremely salty, and the restaurant is dirty and unorganized.

They are serving nasty food and the rice is hard and crunchy....no meat ....and cold they basically serve you anything, so i will not go here, nor will I order it that is even worst because u can't see what they are putting in your food that is all of the Chipotle restaurants ? ?

They used to have nice bowls, but for the padt 6 months they have cut back on the meat even when paying for extra.

Terrible location! Stay away. Got here, had to wait like 15 minutes in line but not because it's busy. Because the people took forever to be served. Once I get to the counter, they had no Beans, the rice was dry, they also didn't have the veggies, which is what i wanted to get because its the ony real vegan option they have. I asked if they had any in the back, and they just told me, we don't have any. I asked how long until you get some? They said 15 minutes... isn't this suppose to be a fast food place? Anyway, after seeing their attitude of them not really caring about the customers, I just walked away. The place itself is also very dirty, soda in the benches as well as footprints all over the seats. Never coming back again! Very getto looking place...

Terribly small portions for my chicken bowl. I requested extra veggies on for my online order and barely got any. I wish I had a healthy better option in the area!

Worst location I ever visited. The cashier didn’t even put all my paid items in the bag but they have a nerve to be guarding meat putting 3 pieces of chicken on a taco I started to leave that ish at the corner and still ended up not getting all my stuff I paid for never again

This is my neighborhood chipotle. I been going since it opened. It is constantly going downhill. We get dinner here about every few weeks. Each time the place looks dirtier with food all over the floors by the prepping areas, the counters where the bowls/burritos get made are always dirty. After 7:30pm, staff has told us they are not making more meats, maybe we are going closer towards the end of the day but that is still unacceptable. Maybe the food running out is okay but the sanitary condition is an extreme concern. We will no longer be coming to this establishment. The 3 stars is for the staff that actually tries, I blame administrators.

Let me say this, I normally love this location. I drive 15 minutes to get here opposed to going to the location down the street from my house. Today, today wasn’t it at all. I ordered my regular minus the lettuce because that looked brown. First couple bites were ok then all of a sudden every bite there after was like eating spoons of salt. Mind you I said spoons because they have any forks out. It saddens me because I love this location but damn yall dropped the ball today. Whoever the cook is today needs to chill out on the salt I had to throw almost a full plate away.

Is everyone who works here really that incompetent? I got home with my order and the rice is RAW i almost chipped a tooth. Then I spent the whole 15 minutes I was on the phone with customer service picking out the rice. How hard is it to do the job you applied for? Don’t come into work if you’re going to be that lazy and incompetent.

There’s not a lot of space inside so it’s not the best for dining in. One of the only chipotles with a chipotlane for ordering ahead on the app. Great staff and better food than oak park lake street 5/5
Parking: Parking moves fast being on the corner of Madison and Lake. With the additional drive thru chipotlane Be ready to park pick up and leave.

The 3* rating actually suits them. Ordered online and in 3 minutes my food was actually ready! However, when I got it, it was kind of cold, and despite ordering an agua fresca, “they didn’t have”. I ordered a regular coke instead and got diet, which means they don’t really pay attention or they don’t care.. couple do better!
