If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would!! I stood in line for 10 minutes, could be worse, only to be told there's no steak and I could wait 4 minutes for some to be done. I come back up 8 minutes later, to be told it would take another 10 minutes. I am on my lunch break as an EMT, I cant afford 10 minutes. If they had told me, there would be no steak for the next 15 minutes, I would have chosen another restaurant. Instead they wasted my time.

I ask my grandma to get me some food while she out I ask her to get me both rice they barely gave me brown rice when I ask for both they only gave me white rice they gave me about 6 pieces of steak I ask for corn they gave me a very little I ask for queso no queso I ask for cheese they barely put cheese on it’s.btw I ask for double meat

This chipotle used to be mid but know I tihink they have new workers and this girl I see is always cleaning the tables and windows and having everything restock, even the the drink restock and having the floor sweep! If it wasn’t for her I’m not sure if the store would it have been the same !
Do not trust the male worker with piercings! When getting serviced he barely put rice and meat into my bowl. Then after I ask for a side of queso he doesn’t properly close the lid of the queso and it spills all over my order once I enter my car. Horrible service and horrible attitude. Going here is not worth and there are so many better chipotles like the one in six corners.

Incompetent staff, the two bowls I ordered had whatever they wanted to put on it- it’s completely wrong. It looks like they ate my order and spat everything into the bowl. I’m sick looking at it. I need a refund. I don’t have all the money in the world to waste on garbage food.
