There’s not a lot of space inside so it’s not the best for dining in. One of the only chipotles with a chipotlane for ordering ahead on the app. Great staff and better food than oak park lake street 5/5

Parking: Parking moves fast being on the corner of Madison and Lake. With the additional drive thru chipotlane Be ready to park pick up and leave.

The 3* rating actually suits them. Ordered online and in 3 minutes my food was actually ready! However, when I got it, it was kind of cold, and despite ordering an agua fresca, “they didn’t have”. I ordered a regular coke instead and got diet, which means they don’t really pay attention or they don’t care.. couple do better!

The place looks dirty. The staff does not cover their hair in the kitchen. The tables look dirty. You have to clean your space by yourself. The garbage cans are full. And where are the drink machines and the service of napkins, forks, etc. unfortunately dirty. ? it doesn't matter what time you go. I think if they were more careful with the cleanliness of the place. It would be better for him.
That has been my experience the 3 times I have gone.
