Went there a couple of weeks ago, and I had ordered 2 steak burrito dinner. They were very good. Bragged about told that person how good they were in fact best burrito I've had. Fast forward to Aug 29 2025 at 12:06 pm. I had ordered the same as I did the pervious 2 wks.mind you it was really expensive still . $48.84 for 2 steak burrito dinners. Which was really high but I didn't mind because I had enjoyed them previously. Get to work, to get ready to enjoy my burrito dinner unfortunately I was very, very disappointed. I ate much as I could, and I couldn't take it. It was horrible. Then my phone rang and it was my husband asking me do I feel sick. I says no I don't mines was just plum nasty. So I asked him what was wrong he tells me that he instantly had gotten sick. I just couldn't believe that my food was not up to par. And that someone had gotten sick behind that burrito. I spent to much money on 2 burrito dinners. To not have an enjoyable lunch and my husband not have an enjoyable dinner without getting sick. I could have went to the grocery store for cheaper than that and make my own. So for this reason I will not be going back. The only good part was that the worker's were very nice and respectable. And the establishment was totally clean. But other than that. It sucked so no I will not go back there ever again !!!!!!!

We had the tamales, tacos de carne asada, de lengua, and tilapia. Everything was delicious. I like that the food was very simple but flavorful. I also had the lime margarita, and it was also good! Our server was great, attentive, and made sure the area was always cleaned up.

Ordered takeout. 4 dishes. Everything was very tasty IMO, but the reason for the decreased stars was that we got a hair in the guacamole. Now, I don't know about you but when I'm eating guac and pull a hair out of my mouth it's not a great experience

I ordered asada tacos with Uber Eats today for lunch and I'm happy I did!! My order was delivered fast, and my tacos were delicious and flavorful!! I tried both salsas but I liked the green one much more!! I also got agua de horchata and that was really good too!! I will definitely order from here again or go there when I'm in the area!!

10/10/10/10/10 I'm not even going to lie to you. This food was phenomenal. It was seasoned, juicy, and tasted so good. My friend had the shrimp fajitas, and I had the appetizer size shrimp quesadillas (the perfect size), and we both enjoyed the food tremendously. I forgot to take pics. I was so full and satisfied. The Pico de gallo was đŁI wished I would have asked for some to go. This place is a hot đ„ spot that stayed busy with walk-ins and pick-ups. If I lived closer, I would go back a few more times.

I live across the street and this place is such a neighborhood gem. The food is always FRESH, the steak is cook to your temperature request, and I have yet to try anything that wasnât full of flavor. The service was prompt and the food always comes out exactly how youâd expect, DELICIOUS! Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Forest Park.

I called an order in. I said âtwo chicken tacos, and one tilapia taco.â Immediately, I said ânope, oops I got that wrong. I meant to say two tilapia tacos, and one chicken taco.â The woman who took my order, repeated that back to me. 10 minutes later, I went to pick up my order. I admit, they repeated the order, but I was distracted by the heat and fan going in the room.
Got home. They got the order wrong. So I called the restaurant and said the order was wrong. They said if you wanna come back. And I said I donât really want to because itâs a bit of a drive for me. And we couldâve left it at that. Itâs a simple mistake.
So why am I posting this review? Because the woman who could have said Sorry and ended it with that, instead added, âThis whole mistake wouldâve been avoided if you wouldâve listened.â

I could say the same thing back to them because I did repeat my order when I called it in. And perhaps the woman who took it should have listened better. The problem isnât the mistake. The problem is in the little person who answered the phone when I called back, and added that triggering comment, âthis wouldâve been avoided if you wouldâve listened.â
When I tried to then call her out on that, she interrupted me and said I canât believe weâre gonna argue about this. Then hung up.
This person needs to be sat down with by the owner or manager and have a nice healthy conversation about how to speak to Customers. Otherwise, she will lose them customers. I'm sure if she was that rude to me, she is rude to others.

Too expensive. The PDF online menu has the incorrect prices. Flauta dinner states it's $12.95 but I had to pay a little over $16 for the chicken flauta dinner. The lady did not want to honor the price they had online, she can only let her supervisor know about it. The flauta dinner was ok def not worth the $16 and some change. The flautas were eaten immediately but they seemed like they needed to be fried a little more. There were parts of the tortilla that wasn't fried. I'm also burping a lot. The chicken was seasoned a bit good. The salsa wasn't that great. The beans were ok. I think the meal itself is worth $10. Maybe because it's located in the North Side. I'm from the southside I can get a better flauta dinner for $10-$11 tops.
