Their customer services is the worst. They are slow to acknowledge when you walk in. They’re slow to take the order, slow with the order, slow packaging it. It’s just a chicken sandwich. Not that complicated. I go once every 6 months ten I remember why I don’t go. The worst. If you are going to order, order ahead and maybe it will be ready.

Ditch the other places and get your food here. Always fresh and good. I get it without the sauce and it’s delicious. They need an a la carte option in-store. They have it online but not in store. Not everyone wants the heavier sides so having a chicken only option would be a great addition to the menu.

- the Chubby chicken forest park, IL - I had the Fog horn chicken sandwich. Which is a Nashville chicken sandwich with jalapeño Coleslaw, pickles and sauce. They certainly were not kidding about how chubby this boy is. There were two chicken tenders. Crispy, fresh oil, and it had a nice brushed butter sauce with its spices. Tender, juicy. Perfect marriage of toppings. The jalapeños Cole slaw is genius. Who doesn’t like an extra spice. Pickles added an addition of salt and sour. It was the perfect marriage. Top 5 - 10/10
They automatically charge you 4% over advertised prices. Be sure to tell them you want the cash discount,otherwise they just charge you more.
I hope they stay in business, but clearly they are hurting as the side portions are getting smaller.
