I placed an order for multiple items at Domino’s in Forest Park last week and Brianna was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly exceeded my expectations. Everyone there was fantastic and outstanding customer service all around!

I always order the same pizza, but the quality and toppings come out differently each time. Sometimes I order double pepperoni, and there’s barely any. The same happens with extra cheese.

Ordered a cheese pizza and a sausage and pepperoni pizza and both were trash. The cheese tasted synthetic and the sausage and pepperoni tasted unusually weird. Would love to know how real the ingredients are and how many are man-made.
Unfortunately the store manager Ashley was no help and acted as if I was bothering her. And had no resolution but the delivery driver was wonderful. Probably the best part of the team. Customer service and quality is what keeps people in the community supporting local businesses. Now that I know that the store manager doesn’t care then that means that I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I lived in forest park for over 3 years .. I have been to this location a couple of times and it has always had my orders ready and fresh. Just recently I came in an hour before closing , Diante took care of us at the front counter and gave great hospitality service.
I do encourage the staff who is making the food to wear gloves please.

Driver called to let me know he was here. I told him I would be right down. He called less than a minute later to let me know he was here. I told him I would be right down. Between the time it took me to take the elevator down he decided to climb 6 floors to only to dump my cold food at the door. Looks oh so very delicious. Lovely.
