Be kind to yourself - go literally anywhere else.
I have never had an order from this location end up correct, and that's the best case scenario. Like other reviews, I ordered for curbside. Parked right in front of the door with hazards on and waited for 20 minutes for two coffees. Person running the front stared at me through the window and did nothing. I walked in, entire staff said nothing. Went to ask about my order, staff said nothing. I grabbed my stuff from the counter with a giant pink receipt that said CURBSIDE at the top, and left, while again, the staff said nothing.
At this point, I'm considering being done with major food retailers entirely - quality has dropped too far and I've had too much time wasted to spend my hard-earned money at these places. And I definitely won't be coming back to this location if I go to any other Dunkin in the future.

This was the worse experience I have had at a fast food franchise. Being a disabled senior and after a snow and ice storm, I ordered curbside pickup and paid online. I arrived and no one brought my order to the car. With a lot of help from other Dunkin customers, I managed to get my order by going inside the shop. When I asked why my order was not delivered to my car, the manager said he was too busy. Neither he nor any one of his five employees on site at the time offered a hand. The floor was so wet and slippery, but they would not even hand me my order or hold the door for me. It was the regular customers who helped me. I am so disgusted by the treatment I received, having been a customer for years. I just never needed curbside pickup before.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is NO wheelchair accessibility. The parking lot and sidewalk were covered in ice and snow.

I just spent $30 by ordering online and I went to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it. Why?

The employees at this Dunkin' are all smokers. Or at least everyone that was there when I arrived is a smoker. And all of them were lined up out front of the Dunkin entrance door completely blocking the doorway smoking. They were not 15 ft away which is mandated by Illinois law. They were right up against the door blocking the door from anyone entering.

Whoever manages or owns this location needs to fire all the employees who smoke. Those of us who hate cigarette smoke and dislike the stench of tobacco ash on our food and those of us who respect the laws of Illinois that are intended to keep the public entryways safe from tobacco will never patronize this location.

I even tried to convey this from my vehicle when I arrived to pick up my food but the employees just smiled, shook their heads, and took a deep drag and blew smoke toward my car. The disrespect and the lack of any consideration for the safety or health of the customers is outrageous.

Kid-friendliness: With the amount of tobacco smoke exhaled by the employees here, keep your kids away.

A female cashier made a racist comment about black men to me while there were literally black men in the restaurant. Even if their ham and cheese croissant tasted like a ham and cheese croissant, I’m not going back.

Hit or miss. The girls are pretty rude and make horrible coffee. I had a pickup and waited 5 min before I saw her sitting behind the counter on her phone. If there's a guy there, the coffee is really good, if there r only the 2 girls just leave.

When I pulled into the parking lot cashier was outside with 3 guys and one of the guts fir sure didn't work there because he is a cab driver in Forest Park went behind the counter and made coffee and left out to sit in his car in the parking lot and the other gut was blowing his nose and didn't wash his hands but was making orders for pickup totally unacceptable Owner needs to do a guess appearance one night to see what is going on in the store over night.

Your donuts are terrible. No longer made onsite, now shipped frozen and reheated garbage.

the WORST customer service ever. Night shift does not know how to pick up the phone after they messed my DoorDash order several times. They just hand out my order to anyone.
