I recommend going to another Dunkin Donut. This location is a joke. The workers always act like they have an attitude. Especially the the woman with the red hair & the young guy with the black curly hair.
My order is never accurate. Customer service sucks as well as the coffee and stale cold donuts

**Please Pay Attention to the Following:** Upon arriving at the store, I proceeded to order and pay for my food. However, during my experience, several employees approached me with a rude and unwelcoming response. I attempted to escalate the matter by informing the manager, but they were unable to resolve the issue and instead further antagonized the situation. The manager refused to provide me with any information that would allow me to contact higher authority about the matter. Despite all of this frustration, I discovered that my order was still incorrect. You never know who is coming through your door and what type of day they are having; it is important to be able to provide the best customer care possible.

I’m a Lyft driver and I needed to use a cup of coffee and needed to use the washroom. When I arrived there was a lady in front of me so instead of being rude I decided to wait until she was done. One at the register I asked if I may use the washroom, the lady previously in front of me went in, she took a while so basically I had to go so bad, I was dancing. I informed the girl on the register, I need a mop I really have to go, she told me you can always go outside and use it, I said to her I’m sure I can. That was very very very unprofessional, and nasty.

I went in here today to place an order for 2 wake-up wraps and 2 drinks. When ordering there was no issues it was when I got my order arose the problem. They gave me the wrong order and when I asked politely for the right order they started arguing with me saying I ordered what they gave me. They were extremely rude and hostile. Mind you, I was not rude neither nasty about it. Be wary and make sure you have your receipt and recheck your order

The worker with the red hair constantly makes my drink wrong today it’s so bad no caramel at all. Last time I was there I heard her saying she hates making my drink as she was making it because I do mobile orders. I saw holding my cup with MY NAME ON IT. I have never had a conversation with this woman. And she said the same thing towards another black woman while making her drink. I will be calling corporate.
This year has been the worst for this location. Their new manager is horrible and thinks he’s gods gift to the world. Really delusional. It’s always dirty inside everything is always a mess and nothing is ever filled from the straw station to their actual donuts. Three times this week they’ve gotten my order wrong. And charging me for items I never got or ordered. Two years ago this location was good. I’ll be walking to the Starbucks inside that little Target on lake now. I refuse to go back here until I see changes especially in management that guy is just the worst. All he does is talk and hang out and get in the way. They have no one guy who actually works. I’m actually so mad about them charging me for things I didn’t get I wonder if there is something legally I can do to get money back. It’s like they’re stealing money from people. Today was the last straw and I’m headed over to the BBB to file a complaint too. So sick of the way this location is run. Oh and doesn’t matter how much money you spend they always say the bathroom is broken but it’s not they just don’t want to clean up after customers. Save your money go anywhere else but this location. There are tons of coffee places in the area that are the same price this one is just convenient being by the train that I picked it as my coffee place but I think I’ll go to the Starbucks on lake like I said or the cafe next to the train right before south blvd never again this location neverrrrrrrrr
