Ordered 2 large cappuccinos and 2 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, one without the sausage. The menu said that if you order a m/l/xl coffee you can get the sandwich for 3$. The order came out to 21.74 somehow. I should have said something but the place was packed and people were running in and out, so I didn't want to hold up the line or upset the already disgruntled staff anymore. Grabbing the drinks and getting out of the way I walked back to my place (15 minutes) away, after the drinks/foam settled the drinks looked like this when I got home... Sandwiches were gas station quality too. Never going to another Dunkin again. Awful experience and honestly feel like I got scammed.

Wow.. I came in and ask for fresh donuts, apparently you not allowed to ask that, attitude shows up and I ended up with donuts from week ago hard as a rock, never come back

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location where the staff's attitude left much to be desired. The lady at the counter flatly refused to honor my rewards from the app for a free hash-browns. Her tone was condescending, and it felt like she was deliberately being rude. Such behavior certainly marred what could have been a pleasant visit.
Just left this establishment after being a witness to an altercation between a customer and Samantha. The customer was inappropriate in her actions. Samantha was very unprofessional. She was cursing as loud as the customer. She even came from behind the counter to faceoff with customer. There were several customers in line waiting to be serviced. After the confrontal customer left, Samantha made several racist and inappropriate remarks: I hate Black B_t_h_s. Black people get on my nerves. She was shouting very loudly. Since I was the only POC in the area. I asked her to refrain from making racist comments. She continued yelling and was visibly out of control. I did not engage in any more conversation with her. I asked her for the corporate number. She told me to look it up. Corporate will probably do nothing. So I decided to write this review. Hopefully Dunkin will invest in anger management and racial diversity with Samantha.

Ever since I came here, I won't go to any other location. Sydney is the best! At this point she has my order memorized and makes it perfectly every time. And on top of that she is super friendly!

This is the only 24hr dunkin I go to that has fast service even when it's a line. Sydney always gives great service Its amazing how this young lady holds in down by herself. Day shift has too many people working and services is so slow and unprofessional. If it wasn't for Sydney I would never come here!Parking: its always open parking
