Ordered the fried catfish dinner combo with shrimp and okra. I suggest getting the catfish fried hard with lemon pepper. Food was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering and was still hot. Delish!
If you're looking for fresh fish, this is a great place to eat. It's not a restaurant where you can dine in, but rather a takeout option. I always order the catfish steaks, and I've never had a bad experience here. They are very consistent in terms of food quality and service. The only area I believe could improve is larger servings of sauces for the dinners.
I’m might be late to the party on this but clearly this is not the old school J&J I grew up with. I believe it’s changed since Covid. The last time I got it was in 2019.. and it was on point especially this location. Immediately when I walked in I realized it’s not the same. When I looked at the cooked food it visually is not the same, taste wise it’s not bad but it’s not the same(diff batter/coating on fish). Portions were all off flavors of other things besides...
