The food here is amazing. So much flavor. the salsa they serve with the chips is so good, take it from someone who loves his spicy salsa, I would prefer this over any spicy salsa. The food was amazing and so savory. I had gotten the Bistec ala Mexicana. The steak was amazing and the bell peppers and the grilled onions really brought out the flavor of the dinner. The food at Mexican Republic was excellent! Celeste was very welcoming and a fabulous server! We had the Botana Platter as an appetizer which provided a sampling of appetizers all of which were great. The carnitas tacos were also fantastic as were the rajas tacos both made with homemade corn tortillas. We finished with the churros which also were very tasty including great sauces and tasty chocolate ice cream! We’re definitely coming back and can’t wait to try more dishes...
Celeste was absolutely amazing, her service was incredible! From top to bottom our food was excellent. The watermelon margarita pitcher was great everything was perfect. ASK FOR CELESTE!!
