I've driven by this place at least 1,000 times, said I'd go in and never quite made it until now. This is a nice spot, good crowd for the Saturday college football games, a few tables in the bar area, most of which were occupied. The real gem though was the beer garden. Quaint, very clean and nicely decorated. I sat out there watched a game while noshing on a perfectly grilled Ruben with tots. I was here recently for my sister's birthday party event in the beer garden. My first time at this bar though I lived in Oak Park for many years. There were about 25 in our group but there was also another party sharing the outdoor section which made it a little cramped. Don't think we were told another party would be there...?
